My Food Blog: Preparing Eggplant Fry (Step By Step)

Hello,
I hope you are all very well.
I'm a food lover. I'm spending time at home because of Corona Virus. At this time outside food is very harmful for us. So I try to cook my favourite foods at home. Today I cooked eggplant fry. Now I will share this recipe with you.

Ingredients:

. Eggplant
. Bason
. Turmeric powder
. Baking powder
. Salt
. Oil
. Fresh water

Procedure:

First I took bason, turmeric powder, baking powder and salt in a plate.

I mixed them well and I made liquid by mixing water.

Then I cut the eggplants into thin slices.

I took some oil in a pan and heated the oil.

Then I mixed eggplant and bason well.

After the oil is hot, I put them in the pan. I fried the eggplants for a while.

I fried the eggplants well and picked it up in the kitchen tissue.

The fried eggplants I served with red chilli sauce.

You too can easily make it at home in a short time. It's very tasty to eat.
