Desde el hasta el 12 de octubre, se celebraron las fiestas de San Froilán, patrón de Lugo/Galicia y de la diócesis de León- España, donde celebran su día el 5 de octubre en conmemoración al día de su muerte.

En la ciudad de Lugo, las fietas comenzaron el 4 hasta el 12 de octubre. Desde las plazas hasta los parques estuvieron con mucha actividad, ya que Fiesta de Interés Turístico Gallego y Fiesta de Interés Turístico Nacional.

Disfrutar del pulpo en pulperías de la ciudad y en restaurantes montados (casetas) en el parque Rosalía de Castro, es una de las actividades más representativas de estas fiestas. El pulpo tiene un costo por ración de 12 euros, papas cocidas 1,50 euros, vino 6 euros y una pieza de pan 1,50 euros.
Enjoying the octopus in pulperías in the city and in restaurants set up (casetas) in the Rosalía de Castro park, is one of the most representative activities of these festivities. The octopus costs 12 euros per portion, boiled potatoes 1.50 euros, wine 6 euros and a loaf of bread to share 1.50 euros.

En las calles, se escuchó el sonido de la música tradicional de Galicia: gaita gallega, instrumento de viento hecho de madera, propio de Galicia, norte de Portugal, oeste de Asturias, El Bierzo y Sanabria. Acompañan las fiestas con las panderetas, el bombo y el tamboril para animar las calles.
In the streets, the sound of traditional Galician music was heard: gaita gallega, a wind instrument made of wood, typical of Galicia, northern Portugal, western Asturias, El Bierzo and Sanabria. They accompany the festivities with tambourines, bass drum and tambourine to liven up the streets.

We continued walking and saw a living statue, vendors selling pictures with images of the city until we reached the attractions, food sales, clothing and accessories and games of chance.
