[ESP][ENG] Receta para torta tres leches / Recipe for tres leches cake.

¡Buenas noches a toda la comunidad de Hive!

[ESP] El día de hoy hice una torta que estoy segura que a muchos encanta, pero es la manera más sencilla de prepararla cuando tienes antojo de esta delicia, ya que es una torta fría, es una de mis favoritas.

[ENG] Today I did it a cake that I'm sure to many people love it, but is the easy way to make it when you have whim of this delicious, is a cool cake, my favorite.

Ingredientes.

[ESP]

Para el bizcocho:

• 1 taza de leche liquida.
• 3 huevos.
• 2 tazas de Harina de trigo.
• 2 tazas de azúcar.
• 1 taza de aceite.
• Ralladura de naranja.
• Polvo para hornear.

Para el humedecido.

• 1 taza de leche.
• 1/2 lata de leche condensada.

[ENG]

• 2 cups of milk.
• 3 eggs.
• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 2 cups of sugar.
• 1 cup of oil.
• Orange zest.
• Baking soda.

For the fill.

• 1 cup of milk.
• 1/2 cup of condensed milk.

Procedimiento.

[ESP] 1. Lo primero que haremos es colocar hacer el bizcocho, colocando en un bowl la leche y los huevos e integramos.

[ENG] 1. First we'll make the biscuit, we'll put in a bowl the milk and the eggs and integrate.

[ESP] 2. Luego, agregaremos la harina de trigo y nuevamente integramos bien.

[ENG] 2. After, we'll add the wheat flour and we'll stir again.

[ESP] 3. Seguidamente incluimos a la mezcla el azúcar, la taza de aceite, ralladura de naranja y el polvo para hornear.

[ENG] 3. Then, we'll add the sugar, the oil, and the baking soda.

[ESP] 4. En un molde previamente engrasado, agregaremos la mezcla y la hornearemos durante 40 minutos aproximadamente.

[ENG] 4. In a tray previously grasse we'll add the mixture and we'll bake it during 40 minutes.

[ESP] 5. Aparte, haremos una mezcla para humedecer el bizcocho que será la leche indicada y la leche condensada.

[ENG] 5. Also, we'll make the fill with the milk and the condensed milk.

[ESP] 6. Cuando saquemos el bizcocho del horno, la dejaremos reposar y en cuando refresque le esparcimos la mezcla anteriormente realizada y la meteremos a la nevera.

[ENG] 6. When we'll remove the biscuit of the bake, we'll let rest and when it will be ready, we'll fil it.
