Hola mi gente de @hive soy Anggie Clemente, Venezolana de 28 años. Madre de una hermosa niña de casi 6 años. Egresada de la UNEXPO como Ingeniera Industrial.
Entre mis gustos y pasiones estan: aprendizaje continuo, leer, bailar, hacer manualidades y la cocina (más que todo en la repostería y panadería, aunque no tengo estudios en ellas).
Hace exactamente un año y dos meses decidí emigrar hacia el Ecuador, específicamente Azuay, Cuenca.
Para muchos que deseamos dejar nuestro país la situación ha sido muy difícil, no sólo por extrañar nuestra familia y amistades , sino que adaptarse a nuevas culturas no es tan fácil como muchas veces creemos.
Por diversos temas en la universidades de nuestro País no me entregaron documentación a tiempo que me solicitaban acá para poder validar mis estudios a nivel profesional, así que opte por irme sin esperar más (ojo fue casi un año y aun no los entregan).
Encontrar empleo no ha sido tan fácil como pensamos. Sin embargo, gracias a nuestra forma de ser, caemos pero nos levantamos, no dejamos que nadie nos dañe.
Trabaje en un restaurant durante casi 7 meses, donde pude aprender más en cuanto a la gastronomía de la costa, además de la atención al cliente que es lo más importante. Nos hicieron disfrazarnos en ocasiones especiales y feriados por temas de marketing.
Por la situación que vivimos con respecto al covid-19, la historia cambió para muchos (a nivel mundial), tuvieron que trabajar con deliverys, así que la atención por medio de meseras se eliminó totalmente.
Ahora me enfoco en nuevos proyectos, estoy comenzando a emprendender mi negocio. Se basa en la preparación de algunos alimentos y/o bocadillos que pueden comerse en diversas ocasiones. Poco a poco irá cambiado asi que en otro post les daré más detalles de los cambios, mientras les dejaré fotos de mi estadía en este País.

Exactly one year and two months ago I decided to emigrate to Ecuador, specifically Azuay, Cuenca.
For many of us who wish to leave our country the situation has been very difficult, not only because we miss our family and friends, but also because adapting to new cultures is not as easy as we often think.
For various reasons, the universities in our country did not give me the documents I was asked to submit in order to validate my studies at a professional level, so I decided to leave without waiting any longer (it took almost a year and they still haven't given them out).
Finding a job hasn't been as easy as we thought. However, thanks to our way of being, we fall but get up, we don't let anyone hurt us.
I worked in a restaurant for almost 7 months, where I was able to learn more about the gastronomy of the coast, in addition to the customer service which is the most important thing. They made us dress up on special occasions and holidays for marketing purposes.
Because of the situation we lived with respect to covid-19, the history changed for many (worldwide), they had to work with deliverys, so the attention through waitresses was totally eliminated.
Now I'm focusing on new projects, I'm starting to start my business. It is based on the preparation of some food and/or snacks that can be eaten on various occasions. Little by little it will change so in another post I will give you more details of the changes, while I will leave you pictures of my stay in this Country.
