Espero que estén muy bien, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la parte final de mi expedición por la montaña del Henri Pittier⛰️ y cómo fue nuestro descenso de la misma hasta el Río de las Cocuizas🚣♀.
I hope you are very well, this time I want to share with you the final part of my expedition through the mountain of henri Pittier⛰️ and how was our descent from it to the Rio de las Cocuizas🚣.

Luego de estas fotos y todo el camino montañoso empinado que recorrimos, mis amigos y yo nos dispusimos a bajar;
After these photos and all the steep mountain road we traveled, my friends and I set out to go down;
Pues nuestra meta final era atravesar la montaña hasta llegar al río (desde el punto del Container nos faltaban unos 7 kilómetros para llegar a nuestro destino final), no fue nada fácil pero fue divertido y satisfactorio.
Well, our final goal was to cross the mountain until we reached the river (from the point of the Container we were about 7 kilometers away to reach our final destination), it was not easy but it was fun and satisfying.

La verdad es que yo disfrute mucho este recorrido, porque aunque fuese exigente físicamente, mentalmente me daba satisfacción y tranquilidad el hecho de compartir con mis amigos, de hacer algo nuevo y de poder estar en contacto con la naturaleza y los paisajes⛰️🖼️🍃.
The truth is that I really enjoyed this tour, because even if I was physically demanding, mentally it gave me satisfaction and tranquility the fact of sharing with my friends, of doing something new and of being able to be in contact with nature and landscapes⛰️🖼️🍃.
Aunque no les voy a mentir.. Habían momentos en los que íbamos callados los tres y yo me metía en mi cabeza y en mis pensamientos (que en ese momento no eran tan buenos) y me perdía de todo lo que me rodeaba, pero era por un momento, ya que por el riesgo y la altura, me veía obligada a estar en el presente... Y eso era algo bueno jaja, aunque la verdad no debería someterme a estas actividades sólo para conseguir estar en el presente, ya que debería poder estar en él todos los días (son cosas que sigo trabajando a diario)💭.

Con éxito logramos llegar hasta el pie de la montaña, en el que el terreno empezó a transformarse🎋🌳;
Successfully we managed to reach the foot of the mountain, where the terrain began to transform🎋🌳;
De árido y rocoso a selvático y húmedo.. Pues ya estamos mucho más cerca de la vida (el río).
From arid and rocky to jungle and humid. Well, we are already much closer to life (the river).

Finalmente después de haber caminado más de 4 horas por la montaña, exigirnos físicamente, compartir anécdotas, hablar de la vida, compartir, las fotos y el sol que nos acompañaron durante todo el camino☀️📸, llegamos a nuestro destino final.
Finally after having walked more than 4 hours on the mountain, physically demanding ourselves, sharing anecdotes, talking about life, sharing, the photos and the sun that accompanied us all the way☀️📸, we arrived at our final destination.
El Río de las Cocuizas, ubicado en el Castaño, Maracay, Estado Aragua🚣♀

Un lugar protegido por guarda parques, donde vienen las familias y personas a compartir y disfrutar del agua fría y la hermosa naturaleza🍃.
A place protected by park rangers, where families and people come to share and enjoy the cold water and the beautiful nature🍃.
Nuestro objetivo se cumplió y nosotros estábamos cansados y felices🤭🤭.
Our goal was met and we were tired and happy🤭🤭.
La mayoría de las grandes recompensas siempre van a requerir cierto tipo de esfuerzos (es allí el contraste del dolor y el placer) sin la pena no podemos tener felicidad, y sin sacrificio muchas veces no vamos a obtener esa gratificación alta que sentimos al lograr algo (aunque todo tiene un límite y hay sacrificios que no valen la pena), por eso hay que saber evaluar lo que nos conviene y lo que no.
Most great rewards are always going to require some kind of effort (it's there the contrast of pain and pleasure) without grief we can't have happiness, and without sacrifice many times we're not going to get that high gratification we feel when achieving something (although everything has a limit and there are sacrifices that are not worth it), that is why we must know how to evaluate what suits us and what does not.
Sin duda alguna este fue un reto que valió por completo la pena☺️💪
Without a doubt this was a challenge that was completely worth it☺️💪
(⬆️este fue el capture que le tome a mi actividad física registrada con el programa de salud de mi teléfono Huawei p10 plus, como pueden ver mi teléfono registro 13,55 kilómetros de distancia recorrida con un tiempo de duración de 4 horas con 22 minutos, aunque se salto un tramo del trayecto, ese fue un aproximado de la distancia)

Y así acabó mi aventura por la montaña del parque nacional Henri Pittier, con nuestro descenso por el río de las cocuizas (luego de eso, nos fuimos en autobús hasta nuestras respectivas casitas, por si se quedaron con la duda🤭).
And so ended my adventure through the mountain of the Henri Pittier National Park, with our descent down the river of the cocuizas (after that, we went by bus to our respective houses, in case they were left with the doubt🤭).
