Squats
En este ejercicio. Pones en movimiento muchos músculos de tu cuerpo: cuádriceps (parte de enfrente de la pierna) aductores (parte de adentro), glúteo, femorales (parte de atrás de la pierna), pantorrillas, el abdomen y la parte baja de la espalda.
Unas piernas fuertes son cruciales para lograr mantenerse en movimiento y las sentadillas son fenomenales para aumentar la fuerza de las piernas. También ayudan a fortalecer sus músculos abdominales, a estabilizar los músculos, lo que ayudará a mantener el equilibrio.
