"Jeremy"
Pearl Jam

What's up, Hivers. Today I want to show one of my favorite bands “Pearl Jam”, this native band from Seattle United States in 1990, has “Jeff Ament” as its bassist, one that for me is one of the best in Grunge and alternative rock, in many Sometimes I have based my compositions and bass productions on his technique and way of playing. The success of this band is given more by their efforts as a band than by marketing to the point that Rolling Stone magazine described them in 2006 as a group that "spent most of the past decade destroying their own fame", this than to My opinion is just an excuse to defame the band that I do not need gadgets within the industry to promote themselves or make a fictitious fame.
This band is considered as one of which has a real audience or followers faithful to its style and they followed them for their music and not for advertising propaganda. Despite being recognized as one of the most important and influential groups in grunge, Pearl Jam always stood out for a rock with more melodic touches and influences from rock groups of the 1960s and 70s such as The Who, Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd. When it comes to playing the bass, its lines are complex and quite difficult to play, where any cover band must have a good bass player who dares to follow the riffs created by “Jeff Ament”.

"Jeremy" is the third single from the album "Ten" releasing the music video for the song in August 1992 one of his most famous music videos. In the long run, this would provoke conflict for the band, this time against music television networks (mainly MTV), since the video was censored and sometimes banned because, in the group's opinion, much more importance was given to the visual impact of the band. video and the conflicts that this could cause to the artistic proposal (remember the post of "Audioslave" where they censor his video Show Me How to Live, apparently the double standards of Mtv prevailed in the 90's).

"Jeremy" - Pearl Jam(Cover Bass)

At home drawing pictures
Of mountain tops
With him on top
Lemon yellow sun
Arms raised in a V
Dead lay in pools of maroon below
Daddy didn't give attention
Oh, to the fact that mommy didn't care
King Jeremy the wicked
Oh, ruled his world
Jeremy spoke in class today
Jeremy spoke in class today
Clearly I remember
Pickin' on the boy
Seemed a harmless little fuck
But we unleashed the lion
Gnashed his teeth and bit the recessed lady's breast
How could I forget
And he hit me with a surprise left
My jaw left hurting
Dropped wide open
Just like the day
Oh like the day I heard
Daddy didn't give affection
And the boy was something that mommy wouldn't wear
King Jeremy the wicked
Ruled his world
Jeremy spoke in class today
Jeremy spoke in class today
Jeremy spoke in class today
Try to forget this (try to forget this)
Try to erase this (try to erase this)
From the blackboard
Jeremy spoke in class today
Jeremy spoke in class today
Jeremy spoke in
Spoke in
Jeremy spoke in
Spoke in
Jeremy spoke in class today
Uh uh uh uh (spoke in, spoke in, spoke in)
(Spoke in)
Uh uh uh uh (spoke in, spoke in, spoke in)
Whoa oh (spoke in)
(Spoke in, spoke in)
Whoa oh (spoke in)
Whoa oh (spoke in, spoke in, spoke in)
Ah ah ah yeah
Ah ah ah ah (spoke in, spoke in, spoke in)
Yeah yeah ah ah ah (spoke in, spoke in, spoke in)
Ah ah ah ah ah
