¡Y Los Premios HIVE son Para…¡ / And the HIVE Awards Goes To…!
Bienvenidos a todos mis lectores de la comunidad HIVE, hoy les traigo una propuesta, sí, algo que pudiera estimular a todos los que participamos en esta gran comunidad y cambiar la vida de algunos.
Welcome to all my readers of the HIVE community, today I bring you a proposal, yes, something that could stimulate all of us who participate in this great community and change the lives of some.

Hay infinitas actividades que con muchísima dedicación y entereza hacen actores, escritores, cantantes, fotógrafos, científicos, deportistas, entre otros que aparte de ser el mecanismo de sustento para ellos y sus familias; se ha buscado la forma de valorar su desempeño a través del diseño de diferentes competencias para su reconocimiento, podemos enumerar algunos eventos como: el Oscar, las Olimpiadas, el Nobel, el Grammy, Master Chef, etcétera, estos actos dan un pequeño estimulo para que todos los que participan se den cuenta que sus trabajos y esfuerzos hicieron que la sociedad en la que viven sea un poco mejor, marcando un antes y un después.
There are infinite activities that actors, writers, singers, photographers, scientists, and sportsmen, among others, carry out with great dedication and integrity. Besides being a means of support for them and their families, we have sought to value their performance through the design of different competitions for their recognition: the Oscar, the Olympics, the Nobel, the Grammy, Master Chef, etc., these events give a small stimulus for all those who participate to realize that their work and efforts made the society in which they live a little better, marking a before and after.
Es por esto que propongo a Hive, una red social que promueve el contenido original y de buena calidad, que diseñemos una forma de premiar anualmente a los participantes que hacemos vida en este espacio en el que publicamos nuestras obras de arte.
This is why I propose to Hive, a social network that promotes original and good quality content, that we design a way to annually reward the participants who make life in this space where we publish our works of art.
Imaginen por un segundo, tan solo un segundo que Hive presenta esta innovación donde premia a los integrantes de su comunidad, a través de un evento anual y que lo promocionaríamos con bombos y platillos, simplemente asombroso y sin palabras, solo existirían dos momentos, antes y después de HIVE. Esto haría que se sumara mucha gente que considere que con su trabajo pudiera cambiar a la comunidad, y porque no, al mundo.
Imagine for a second, just a second that Hive presents this innovation where it rewards the members of its community, through an annual event and that we would promote it with great fanfare, simply amazing and without words, there would only be two moments, before and after HIVE. This would bring together many people who believe that with their work they could change the community, and why not, the world.
La propuesta considera, los siguientes elementos / The proposal considers the following elements:
Se escogerán 5 nominados por categoría.
5 nominees will be chosen for each category.
Se premiarán 12 categorías.
12 categories will be awarded.
Se establecerá como fecha del evento, el día que HIVE comenzó a operar.
The date of the event will be established as the day that HIVE began to operate.
Se les asignará una recompensa importante (15.000 HIVE DOLARS) para los ganadores
A significant reward (15,000 HIVE DOLLARS) will be assigned to the winners
Se otorgará una delegación (10.000 HIVE POWER) a los nominados por un periodo de un año y podrán ser jurados en la siguiente edición, siempre y cuando no sea en las categorías que participen.
A delegation (10,000 HIVE POWER) will be granted to the nominees for one year and they can be sworn in the next edition, as long as it is not in the categories they participate in.
Los trabajos se deberán presentar en varios idiomas y serán las Witness las encargadas de la traducción de los trabajos seleccionados para la gran gala.
The works must be presented in several languages and the Witnesses will be in charge of translating the works selected for the grand gala.
No se elegirá necesariamente las publicaciones con mayores recompensas, puesto que éstas pudieron ser influenciadas por votos dirigidos.
The publications with the greatest rewards will not necessarily be chosen since these could be influenced by directed votes.
Selección de Los Nominados / Selection of Nominees
Para definir los nominados, en las primeras ediciones y salvo mejores ideas, propongo que como existen curadores en todas las Witness sean quienes escojan a los 5 nominados por cada categoría. Cada Witness sólo podrá elegir un trabajo por categoría con el que se procederá a elaborar una lista donde colocará la trayectoria de la persona en la comunidad y se compartirán los trabajos para definir a los cinco nominados. Como existen más Witness que nominados tendrán que deliberar hasta que exista humo blanco. No podrán participar ninguna persona que trabaje en una Witness.
To define the nominees, in the first editions and except for better ideas, I propose that since there are curators in all the Witnesses, they should choose the 5 nominees for each category. Each Witness will only be able to choose one work per category, with which a list will be made where the person's trajectory in the community will be placed and the works will be shared to define the five nominees. As there are more Witnesses than nominees, they will have to deliberate until there is white smoke. No person working in a Witness may participate.
El ganador será elegido por el voto de la comunidad, mediante la publicación de sus trabajos en la plataforma (la publicación será anónima, para evitar el voto dirigido). En esta etapa, se deberán abstener las Witness (ellas fueron las que escogieron a los nominados), cada persona votará una sola vez por cada categoría la publicación que más le guste, quien obtenga mayor cantidad de votos, es el ganador "Y EL PREMIO DE HIVE ES PARA...". Deberá programarse que en esas publicaciones no se muestre el resultado hasta el día del evento (para mantener la intriga y el suspenso) y solo se revelará en el momento de la premiación, con lo cual, toda la comunidad estará atenta al mismo momento esperando los premios, no tiene precio.
The winner will be chosen by the vote of the community, through the publication of their work on the platform (the publication will be anonymous, to avoid a directed vote). At this stage, the Witnesses must abstain (they were the ones who chose the nominees), each person will vote only once for each category the publication he or she likes the most, whoever gets the most votes, is the winner "AND THE HIVE AWARDS GOES TO...". These publications should be scheduled to not show the result until the day of the event (to maintain the intrigue and suspense) and will only be revealed at the time of the award, the whole community will be attentive to the same time waiting for the prizes, it is priceless.
