El 15 de noviembre del 2021 mi novio y yo cumplimos 6 años juntos. Nunca habíamos tenido la oportunidad para poder salir a hacer paseos de este tipo y pensaran ¿6 años y nunca pudieron? Pues la respuesta es no, nunca tuvimos los recursos ni la oportunidad para poder hacer este tipo de cosas pero como lo mas bonito de una relación es evolucionar como pareja con el paso del tiempo nos empezó a ir mejor y el tomo la maravillosa iniciativa de que realizáramos este paseo el día de nuestro 6to aniversario siendo el primero de muchos viajes que vendrán.

On November 15, 2021 my boyfriend and I will have been together for 6 years. We had never had the opportunity to go on this kind of outings and you might be thinking, 6 years and you never could? Well the answer is no, we never had the resources or the opportunity to do this kind of things but as the most beautiful thing in a relationship is to evolve as a couple with the passage of time we started to do better and he took the wonderful initiative to make this trip the day of our 6th anniversary being the first of many trips to come.
El día comenzó con el buscándome al terminal (porque el vive en Caracas y yo en La Victoria), dejamos los bolsos en su casa y procedemos a cumplir con un pequeño itinerario que creamos para pasear por varios lugares de Caracas ya que yo nunca lo he hecho (cabe destacar que lo único que conocía de Caracas era el cementerio xd) así que sorprendentemente con el poco tiempo que teníamos cumplimos casi todo lo planeado. Al medio día fuimos a Galería Avila a almorzar para luego partir hacia nuestro objetivo principal.
The day started with him looking for me at the terminal (because he lives in Caracas and I live in La Victoria), we left the bags at his house and proceeded to fulfill a small itinerary that we created to walk around several places in Caracas since I have never done it (it should be noted that the only thing I knew of Caracas was the cemetery xd) so surprisingly with the little time we had we fulfilled almost everything we had planned. At noon we went to Galería Avila to have lunch and then we left to our main goal.
Al llegar compramos el ticket y nos tomamos fotos, les cuento que mi cara durante toda mi estadía fue de impacto e impresión porque no iba a ese lugar desde que estaba muy pequeña y casi no recordaba nada del lugar, por otro lado Fran estaba contento pero tranquilo y eso que era su primera vez ahí.
Ya estando en la cabina del teleférico nos indicaron como debíamos sentarnos para mantener el equilibrio de la misma y estar cómodos. Cuando comenzamos a subir no podíamos dejar de reír por los nervios, sumando que también sentíamos mucha presión en la cabeza debido a la altura, pero con todo y eso llegamos a nuestro objetivo.
Upon arrival we bought the ticket and took pictures, I tell you that my face throughout my stay was of shock and impression because I had not been to that place since I was very small and almost did not remember anything about the place, on the other hand Fran was happy but calm and that was his first time there.
Once we were in the cable car cabin we were told how we should sit in order to keep our balance and be comfortable. When we started to climb we could not stop laughing because of our nerves, adding that we also felt a lot of pressure in our heads due to the altitude, but with all that we reached our goal.
No hay palabras para describir lo hermoso que es a penas llegas, el clima frío y la vista espectacular, el camino de piedras que te hace sentir en un pueblito tipo la colonia tocar y al final de este, el famoso hotel humbolt que casi ni se visualizaba por tanta neblina que lo arropaba.
Subimos y bajamos el mismo camino durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí, tomando chocolate caliente y galletas, escuchando a un señor que se dedicaba a ofrecer serenatas improvisadas a los enamorados que disfrutaban la tarde y a otras personas que volteaban divertidos a ver el entusiasmo del viejito por cantar y nosotros no fuimos la excepción de sus serenatas.
Al inicio del caminito también se encontraba un mimo, ofreciendo fotos a los muchos turistas que se detenían a ver algunos de los malabares que hacia, yo no dude ni un segundo en pedirle que se tomara una foto conmigo porque soy de las personas que atesora cada momento y si puedo plasmarlo en una foto no pierdo la oportunidad, fue muy agradable.
There are no words to describe how beautiful it is as soon as you arrive, the cold weather and the spectacular view, the stone road that makes you feel like you are in a small town like La Colonia, and at the end of it, the famous humbolt hotel that was almost invisible due to the fog that covered it.
We went up and down the same road the whole time we were there, drinking hot chocolate and cookies, listening to a man who was dedicated to offer improvised serenades to lovers who were enjoying the afternoon and other people who turned around amused to see the old man's enthusiasm for singing and we were no exception to his serenades.
At the beginning of the walk we also found a mime, offering photos to the many tourists who stopped to see some of the juggling he was doing, I did not hesitate for a second to ask him to take a picture with me because I am one of those people who treasures every moment and if I can capture it in a photo I do not miss the opportunity, it was very nice.
Luego de atesorar el hermoso atardecer que pudimos observar llego el momento de bajar, he de admitir que se vuelve un lugar totalmente mágico cuando cae la noche, el caminito se llena de luces y los puesticos son lo que mas resalta haciendo muy difícil que me quisiera ir de ese lugar, pero como todo lo bueno en algún momento tiene que acabar, tomamos dirección hacia las cabinas del teleférico donde cansados, sonrientes y muy satisfechos, regresamos a casa..
After treasuring the beautiful sunset that we were able to observe, it was time to go down, I must admit that it becomes a totally magical place when night falls, the path is filled with lights and the puesticos are what stands out the most making it very difficult that I would like to leave that place, but as all good things must end at some point, we took direction to the cable car cabins where tired, smiling and very satisfied, we returned home...

Una belleza total😍 yo solo he ido una sola vez y quede enamorada, soy del Oriente del pais, asi que ese frio me pego full jaja y de paso ese dia llovio y yo no estaba vestida para la ocasion porque fue algo mega improvisado ese paseo, pero sin duda lo volveria a hacer una y mil veces😍
