Confieso que antes yo no les tenía miedo a estos animales, al contrario... me parecían graciosos y agradables, pero he tenido malas experiencias desde pequeña y actualmente me dan pavor.
Cuando tenía aproximadamente 6 años estaba jugando en el suelo con mis juguetes y apareció un ciempiés muy pequeño, al principio lo miré y me reí porque daba muchas vueltas, luego comenzó a caminar hacia mí rápidamente y entre en pánico y me puse a llorar y a sacudirme como si ese animalito me fuera a hacer algo, desde allí no he podido ver a los ciempiés de buena manera, cada vez que veo uno me da náuseas y se me eriza la piel. El hecho de ver sus patas moverse sincronizados a cada lugar que van me da una sensación desagradable.
Por otro lado los gusanos también me dan grima, especialmente los gusanos verdes que tienen una especie de pelusa responsable de las quemaduras de piel de personas que tienen contacto con este, de pequeña me pasó que había un árbol de mangos en mi casa y en épocas de inviernos comenzaban a salir estos animalitos y uno de ellos cayó en mi pie y me quemé, recuerdo que duré como 20 minutos con ardor en mi pie insoportable, desde ese momento me dan miedo los gusanos.
También están los gusanos pequeños que suelen salirle a las comidas podridas o a las frutas, hace un tiempo mi casa se llenó de muchos gusanos de eso, el suelo estaba totalmente minado de gusanitos, creo que alguna comida cayó al suelo y se pudrió o quien sabe, nunca encontramos la causa de esos gusanos. Yo estaba jugando en el suelo como de costumbre y vi un gusano, y luego dos, tres y ya eran muchos y mi mamá limpió la casa y sacó como 150 gusanitos exparcidos por todos lados.
Por esas razones les tengo fobias a estos animalitos, no tienen la culpa de nada... simplemente yo no los tolero y prefiero mantenerme alejada de ellos. El resto de los animales como arañas, mariposas, saltamontes, ranas, sapos, cucacharas y demás son totalmente tolerables, y en general no tengo alguna otra fobia.
