The correlation between money and happiness is unfortunate for sure. I wouldn’t necessarily say that those who spend a lot are happy. Lots of people get into bad debt and lose everything they have. It’s a system that I think, with the pressures that are being put on it right now, may not last as it is for the next thousand years. It’s not sustainable to have all of the money go to the top without the average person getting some money too. The biggest mistake these ultra rich people are doing is not giving business or work to average people. Rebuilding infrastructure like roads and bridges with companies hiring people out of work makes everything more sustainable. Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the goal, squeezing and destroying people seems to be the main goal.

All the rich I know are happy. I think it is not as described in the movies. The rich are unhappy and the poor are described as happy in the movies.
