Cuando se habla de comenzar un mantenimiento eléctrico siempre hay que tener los cuidados necesarios en cuanto a la seguridad y el riesgo que con lleva la manipulación del mismo.
When it comes to starting electrical maintenance, you must always take the necessary care in terms of safety and the risk involved in handling it.
Ya teniendo en cuenta eso, deberías tener conceptos básicos de electricidad para empezar a trabajar o manipular la misma; hay una gran diferencia entre el voltaje de baja, media y alta tensión. Cada una tiene unos cuidados y una manipulación distinta.
Taking that into account, you should have basic concepts of electricity to start working or manipulating it; there is a big difference between low, medium and high voltage. Each one has a different care and handling.
Así mismo cuando nos referimos a media tensión hablamos de voltajes entre 1 y 36 kV (kilo voltio). Por ende este tipo de voltaje normalmente lo conseguimos en áreas industriales o de gran envergadura donde lo requiera, por lo que en una industria dependiendo de su conexión y distribución contamos con voltajes en un tablero de 380 o 600 v de corriente alterna o en el caso de corriente continua de 48 v.
Likewise, when we refer to medium voltage we speak of voltages between 1 and 36 kV (kilo volt). Therefore, this type of voltage is normally achieved in industrial or large-scale areas where it is required, so in an industry depending on its connection and distribution we have voltages on a board of 380 or 600 v of alternating current or in the case 48 v direct current.

Cuando abordamos un tablero eléctrico lo primero es ver su estado y ubicar el diagrama (plano) como esta conectado sus componentes, identificar cual corresponde a la parte de control y cual corresponde a la fuerza. Siempre tener en cuenta que los sistemas de aterramiento o puestas a tierra tienen que estar presentes ya que estos mismos pueden salvar tu vida. Para iniciar siempre debemos estar sobre seguros lo que estamos haciendo, por medidas de seguridad bajamos el componente principal de tal manera que quede totalmente desenergizado.
When we approach an electrical panel the first thing is to see its state and locate the diagram (plan) as its components are connected, identify which corresponds to the control part and which corresponds to the force. Always keep in mind that the grounding or grounding systems have to be present since they can save your life. To start we must always be sure what we are doing, for security measures we lower the main component in such a way that it is completely de-energized.
¡CUIDADO!: Comprobar en todo momento que no exista presencia de energía estas mediciones las podemos hacer con probadores de corriente o algún instrumento de medición.

Ya teniendo los materiales comenzamos a ir interpretando los planos, de esta menera corrigiendo sacando cables y reapretando los que estén en buen estado, los cables que no estén habilitados se pueden retirar sin ningún problema al igual que los componentes sobrantes y poco a poco ir acomodando en sus canaletas.
Once having the materials, we begin to interpret the plans, in this way correcting, removing cables and retightening those that are in good condition, the cables that are not enabled can be removed without any problem as well as the excess components and little by little we can accommodate in their gutters.

Una vez terminado podemos soplamos toda la tierra acumulada y aplicamos limpiador de contactos en todos los componentes, de esta manera seria un mantenimiento básico a un tablero eléctrico de media tensión.
Once finished we can blow all the accumulated earth and apply contact cleaner on all the components, in this way it would be a basic maintenance to a medium voltage electrical panel.
