Hoy quiero hablarles sobre un instrumento musical bastante desconocido por la sociedad. A menudo, cuando le comento a las personas el instrumento que yo toco, la mayoría de ellas no lo conoce y mucho menos saben como suena. Siempre dicen "esa es una flauta", lo cual no es verdad.A continuación, te describo que es y como suena un clarinete.
Today i wanto to talk to you about a musical intrument that is quite unknown to society. Most of the time, when i tell people about the instrument i play, the most of them dont know it and even less know how it sound. They always say: "that is a flute", which is not true. Below, i will describe what a clarinet is and how it sounds

El clarinete es un instrumento musical que pertenece a la familia de los instrumentos de viento madera este está formado principalmente por un tubo cilíndrico el cual, la mayoría de las veces, es de madera. Este instrumento esta compuesto por una serie de orificios que de orificios que se tapan con los dedos y también por muchas llaves que sirven para tapar orificios específicos. Además, tiene un barrilete y una embocadura con una lengueta de caña, la cual es la responsable del sonido del instrumento.
The clarinet is an musical instrument that belongs to the woodwing family, this is mainly formed by a cilindrical tube, which the most of the times, is made of wood. This instrument is computed by a series of holes that are covered with the fingers and also by many keys that serve for specific holes. Also, it has a kite and an embouchure with a reed, which is responsible for the sound of the instrument.

- Boquilla (con abrazadera y caña)
- Barrilete
- Cuerpo superior
- Cuerpo inferior
- Campana
- Nozzle (with clamp and rod)
- Kite

- Bell

Existen muchas marcas de clarinetes, hay marcas para profesionales, intermedios y principiantes. Las tres mejores marcas para profesionales son:

Como pueden ver en las imagenes, la marca de mi clarinete es Selmer, la cual esta tabulada en el clarinete y en la caja del mismo.

Principales usos.
Main uses.
El clarinete es principalmente usado en la música clásica debido a su limpio sonido y amplio registro el cual se diferencia por su timbre (registro grave, registro medio y registro agudo). Tambien es un instrumento protagonista en el Jazz. En algunos paises lo han adaptado a su estilo de musica principal, como por ejemplo, en Colombia es bastante utilizado para tocar cumbia y en Argentina lo usan para el Tango.
The clarinet is mainly used in classical music because of its clean sound and wide register which is differentiated by its timbre (bass register, mid register and treble register). It is also a leading instrument in Jazz. In some countries they have adapted it to their main music style, for example, in Colombia it is quite used to play cumbia and in Argentina they use it for Tango.
El clarinete es sinónimo de romanticismo, destreza, comunicación y expresión, con él podrás pasar de los sonidos más suaves y relajantes a los más fuertes y agresivos, haciendo uso de las notas más graves y agudas.
The clarinet is synonymous with romanticism, skill, communication and expression, with it you can go from the softest and most relaxing sounds to the strongest and most aggressive, making use of the lowest and highest notes.

Para mi, el sonido de el Clarinete es inigualable, es mi favorito junto con el sonido del Saxofon y el Oboe. Quise hacer un nuevo video para este post pero la grabadora de mi telefono esta fallando. Aquí les dejo este vídeo corto que grabe hace un tiempo y lo publiqué en mi instagram, en este video estoy tocando un extracto de una pieza llamada "Contradanza" cuyo autor es Paquito de Rivera. For me, the sound of the Clarinet is unmatched, it is my favorite along with the sound of the Saxophone and Oboe. I wanted to make a new video for this post but my phone recorder is failing. Here I leave you this short video I recorded some time ago and I published it in my instagram, in this video I am playing an extract of a piece called "Contradanza" whose author is Paquito de Rivera.
