Obsérvese la mancha amarillenta que deja la filtración. La constante humedad ha ocasionado el desprendimiento de friso.

Esta área pertenece a la cocina. Es importante georrefenciar los síntomas para luego cuando subamos al techo, extrapolar estos puntos. Esta área se encuentra más crítica que la anterior.
This area belongs to the kitchen. It is important to georeference the symptoms and then when we go up to the roof, extrapolate these points. This area is more critical than the previous one.
Estas filtraciones también se encuentran en la cocina. A diferencia de las filtraciones anteriores, estas se extienden más al interior del techo, lo que hace pensar que el daño en el techo sea más generalizado.
These leaks are also found in the kitchen. Unlike previous leaks, these extend further into the roof, suggesting that roof damage is more widespread.
En esta foto observamos desprendimiento del encamisado interior de la losa de techo, además de filtraciones que se reflejan en las uniones de la casa original con la ampliación.

Nótese lo extendido del área afectada. De allí la importancia de no dejar para último momento las reparaciones a que haya lugar, ya que el deterioro va progresando a materiales más internos.
Esta filtración se encuentra en la habitación principal de la vivienda. Es evidente que existen muchas áreas afectadas, por lo que pudiéramos inferir con esta información, una especie de mapa de fallas.
This filtration is in the main room of the house. It is evident that there are many affected areas, so we could infer with this information, a kind of fault map.
Uno de los aspectos a evaluar es la cercanía de las filtraciones al sistema de electricidad de la vivienda. La idea es evitar a toda costa corto circuitos. En este caso se observa la filración justo en una de las lámparas. La gotera caía por el bombillo. Inmediatamente se suspende el uso de este punto por prevención, mientras se soluciona el problema.

One of the aspects to evaluate is the proximity of the leaks to the home's electricity system. The idea is to avoid short circuits at all costs.
