El tema de mi día #16 en el desafío de blog está muy interesante y me llena de felicidad ya que se refiere a “Lo que me hace Feliz” y al escribir cosas que me hace feliz plasmo una parte de mí, de mi esencia, mis pensamientos, mi fantasía y sueños, desde hace tiempo he escrito en mi diario cosas que me llenan de felicidad y de alegría aunque sean esos pequeños detalles que confirman mis sonrisas y producen una parte de mi vida.
The theme of my day #16 in the blog challenge is very interesting and fills me with happiness since it refers to "What makes me happy" and by writing things that make me happy I capture a part of me, my essence, my thoughts, my fantasy and dreams. For some time now I have written in my diary things that fill me with happiness and joy even though they are those small details that confirm my smiles and produce a part of my life.

De hecho, el sentimiento de felicidad nos hace sentir muy felices a todos, por eso cada uno de nosotros quiere ser feliz todo el tiempo. No considerábamos que la felicidad no es una cosa, no es un asunto, sino un sentimiento. Debemos descubrir qué circunstancias nos hacen felices.
In fact, the feeling of happiness makes us all feel very happy, so each of us wants to be happy all the time. We didn't consider happiness to be a thing, not an issue, but a feeling. We must discover what circumstances make us happy.
La verdad es que todo lo que hago me gusta, simple o especial, pero algunas cosas muy simples o cotidianas siempre me hacen feliz o al menos satisfecha. Creo que también los poseerás, por eso hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una lista de cosas que me hacen feliz y de esta manera puedan aprender más sobre mí.
The truth is that everything I do I like, simple or special, but some very simple or everyday things always make me happy or at least satisfied. I think you will also own them, so today I want to share with you a list of things that make me happy so you can learn more about me.
- La risa de mi hijo y aunque no lo tengo físicamente aún recuerdo su risa y me hace feliz.
- El canto de los pájaros.
- Recordar las anécdotas de mi hijo.
- Las sábanas limpias. Me gusta que la cama se estire bien y huela a suavizante.
- Escuchar una canción que me encanta y que me traiga hermosos recuerdos.
- Ir de viaje.
- El amor de mi familia.
- La satisfacción de haber conseguido lo propuesto.
- Hablar con mi mejor amiga, largas horas.
- Compartir con la familia.
- Disfrutar de una buena comida.
- Cuando disfruto de un libro nuevo y descubro cosas maravillosas.
- Cuando me hacen comentarios en mi blog.
- Contemplar el crecimiento de las flores.
- My son's laughter and even though I don't have him physically I * still remember his laughter and it makes me happy.
- The singing of the birds.
- Remembering my son's anecdotes.
- he clean sheets. I like that the bed stretches well and smells like fabric softener.
- Listening to a song that I love and that brings back beautiful memories.
- Going on a trip.
- The love of my family.
- The satisfaction of having achieved the proposal.
- Talking to my best friend, long hours.
- Sharing with the family
- Enjoy a good meal
- When I enjoy a new book and discover wonderful things
- When I get comments on my blog
- Watching the flowers grow
Son tantas cosas que me gustan y son tan sencillas que puedes ser feliz igual. Ahora, quiero que reflexionen sobre ello, porque en muchos casos, deseamos la felicidad, pero no nos damos cuenta de que tenemos alegría todos los días.
There are so many things that I like and they are so simple that you can be happy anyway. Now, I want you to reflect on this, because in many cases, we want happiness, but we don't realize that we have joy every day.
