You have to use your time well in order to be productive and successful in all aspects of life.

Successful people embrace the idea of creating an image in their mind of what they aim to achieve and how they plan to achieve it, not only that they create a working and practical schedule that work effectively with the mental image. This would make you prioritize your task well and also ensure that you don't lose track.

Setting priorities enable you to live a great life due to the fact that you have control - full control over everything that you do. You know what to do and the right time to do it. You tend to be be up-to-date, punctual and not missing deadlines. This gives you peace of mind and you don't have to always stress yourself because of the fear of missing essential duties. Some people are of the opinion that you've to forfeit one aspect in order to make the other aspect work out well but it is not right. Setting priorities is key.

Your imagination and creativity will be beyond comprehension when you set your priorities right. You will express a heavy flow of creativity when you understand and fully comprehend what and how to execute your goals. It is more fun and less tiring when you have abundance of creativity during the process of executing your tasks and setting priorities is important to achieve this.

Note that you need to distance yourself from every from of distraction that can hinder you from achieving all your set priorities. You'd focus on the needful when you limit and distance yourself from distractions that can make you derail and slow down. You can try to stay away from your smartphone, turn of your mobile network so that notifications would not pop up and distract you. Switch your phone off when you feel constant urge to pick it up and focus on what you have to do. If you don't discipline yourself you will not concentrate on your task.

In addition, human body is not a machine, hence, it is important to take breaks. It is important to take breaks from your tasks so as to recharge and renew your strength.

Other ways to stay away from distractions include:.

  • Don't joke with your health. Take good care of your body. Exercise, eat and sleep well.
  • Use your morning well. You are still fresh when you wake up in the morning and you can achieve more at that state.
  • Detach yourself away from toxic people whose ways doesn't align with your goals.
