Sticky chicken is one of my favorite meals and it's super easy and delicious! The basting is made from whatever sauces you happen to have available, so it always tastes a little different, but it always comes out great.

Ingredients
- Chicken Legs or Wings
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Spices: Salt, Pepper, Basil & Paprika
- Sauces: Ketchup, mustard, sweet chilly, jam, marmalade, chutney, etc
Teriyaki is amazing with chicken, especially if you soak the chicken for a few hours before you cook.
All the sauces get mixed together, adding the salt, pepper, basil and paprika to taste.
Mix it together well
Add foil to a baking tray and add vegetables for roasting
Cook for about 50 minutes total at 170° C (340° in freedom units) and remember to turn the chicken and vegetables over about half way through.
Use a teaspoon to keep the chicken covered in sauce.
