This cake has been one of the highest I have ever made. Well they were several capable and in the middle of each layer was a layer of chocolate pastry cream.
This is how the cake looked before decorating it with Italian meringue, I think it just looked delicious.
Each time making cakes makes me happier! Sometimes I wonder what I need to do to sell more cakes? Because I feel like my cakes are beautiful and I feel like I don't have as many sales as I would like.
