Young Praggnanandhaa is showing extraordinary preparation in the Candidates Tournament. The commentators I've seen have said that he seems to be the most prepared player and that he has brought the most exciting opening lines. They seem to be based on the sacrifice of at least one pawn.
The current position is another example of this. He gained a decisive advantage against Nepo, who despite being a great theoretician as well, fell victim to Pragg's preparation. However, Pragg let him escape. In the current position he could have achieved a winning sequence which frankly was not difficult for a player of his level and with more than an hour on the clock. Let's hope that Praggnanandhaa's preparation was not limited to openings only. Find a way to maximise white's advantage.
