Hola a todos, estoy segura que también les pasa que luego de algo salado. Les provoca algo de dulce, al menos a mí si me sucede mucho, por no decir y exagerar que todos los días. Podría comer algo dulce, por la tarde, por la noche e incluso a media mañana. Y como estuvimos de cumpleaños mi hermana y yo y también fue día de las madres, tuvimos muchas sorpresas, muchas tortas y posttes deliciosos que seguro vieron en algunas de mis publicaciones anteriores. Dicen que los dulces ponen alegres a las personas, así que somos felices por aquí en casa y ya casi se terminan nuestros postrecitos.
Hello everyone, I'm sure it also happens that after something salty. It causes them something sweet, at least to me if it happens a lot, not to say and exaggerate that every day. You could eat something sweet, in the afternoon, at night and even in the middle of the morning. And since my sister and I were on our birthday and it was also Mother's Day, we had many surprises, many delicious cakes and posts that you surely saw in some of my previous publications. They say that sweets make people happy, so we're happy around here at home and our little treats are almost over.
Mi hermana y yo nos despertamos a eso de las 9 de la mañana como solemos hacerlo cada mañana y nos dispusimos para tomar nuestro desayuno preparado por mi madre, ya saben, las deliciosas arepas que no pueden faltar en casa, cada mañana, con zanahoria como las prepara mi madre porque aquí seguimos comiendo sano cada día para no perder la costumbre. Es muy importante, salir a caminar o hacer un poco de ejercicio, tomar mucha agua y comer comida sana. Así que una vez desayunamos estuvimos planeando como irnos a la misa y el entierro del padre de mi amiga, pues ya saben que en estos momentos tan difíciles para ella, es donde queremos acompañarla.
My sister and I woke up at around 9 in the morning as we usually do every morning and we got ready to have our breakfast prepared by my mother, you know, the delicious arepas that you cannot miss at home, every morning, with carrot as My mother prepares them because here we continue to eat healthy every day so as not to lose our habit. Por eso planeamos preparar el almuerzo temprano, aunque en realidad fue un calentado del día de las madres, el pasticho que preparamos, solo lo tuvimos que meter en el horno y como no teniamos ganas de preparar algún jugo, porque realmente estabamos llenos del desayuno todavía, así que dicen por ahi que luego de un día en la nevera sabe mejor y así es, estaba más delicioso que el primer día. Acompañamos nuestro almuerzo con el casabe que venia en la bandeja de embutidos que me gané a traves de un concurso en Instagram y bueno creo que fue el almuerzo perfecto, en el momento perfecto pero luego salir caminando y tomar el bus para ir a la iglesia.

We accompanied our lunch with the cassava that came in the sausage tray that I won through an Instagram contest and well I think it was the perfect lunch, at the perfect time, but then walk out and take the bus to go to church.
Por un momento pensé que no llegaríamos a tiempo, pero llegamos en el momento preciso. Estaba comenzando la misa y mi amiga nos estaba esperando anciosa porque realmente anhelaba nuestra presencia y bueno estuvimos con ella allí hasta el final, hasta que fuimos al cementerio y enterraron a su padre. Se hizo todo lo que se pudo, lo que estuvo al alcance pero ya su cuerpo no resistió más y se que no es fácil para ellas. Pero al menos estan todas juntas, su madre y sus hermanas cuidandose, apoyandose y abrazándose cuando más se necesitan. Esto fue todo por hoy, espero les haya gustado. Nos leemos en un próximo post. For a moment I thought that we would not arrive on time, but we arrived at the right time. Mass was starting and my friend was waiting for us anxiously because she really longed for our presence and well we were with her there until the end, until we went to the cemetery and they buried her father. Everything that could be done was done, what was within reach but her body could not resist anymore and I know that it is not easy for them. But at least they are all together, her mother and sisters taking care of each other, supporting each other and hugging each other when they are most needed.
