Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! THE AVOCADO// AREPA REINA PEPIADA

HELLO COMMUNITY by an initiative of @qurator in which he asks us to use the avocado as the main ingredient in the challenge of Chef Hive encourage me to participate with the recipe of reina pepiada, this is a stuffed arepa with chicken salad and avocado that is a perfect guest accompanying her majesty the REINA PEPIADA

This green fruit has many benefits for the body, contains vitamins, is rich in fiber, is low in cholesterol, among others. It is very tasty and nutritious

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • Chicken fillet
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley
  • Lemon

PROCEDURE

FOR THE SALAD:

We cut the carrot and onion into small squares


In a pot of water we cook the carrot until it softens


We seasoned the chicken filet with salt and pepper


Now let's take the chicken to the grill, the first thing we must do is heat the pan with a little oil, roast the chicken until it is golden


Then we cut the chicken into squares


Cut the avocado slice into squares and add a bit of lemon so that it does not rust


In a bowl integrate all the ingredients, add the mayonnaise and mustard for seasoning, salt to taste



Revolver all, LIST THE SALAD


FOR THE AREPA

The arepa can be said to be the Venezuelan bread made with corn flour in a circular shape and somewhat flattened

In a container with water add a point of salt and add the cornflour

Form some balls, give them a round and flattened shape, cook them round and round until they are ready


Once the arepa is ready, open and fill with the chicken salad
