Hola comunidad 💖 , espero que todos ustedes gocen de buena salud y muchas bendiciones 🙏 , hoy les obsequio esta receta de tortilla de calabacin muy fácil y sencilla que esta buenisima, me gusta preparar cosas fáciles que no impliquen invertir mucho tiempo en la cocina pero que den como resultado un plato delicioso para la hora de la comida.
Hello community 💖 , I hope you all enjoy good health and many blessings 🙏 , today I give you this recipe for zucchini tortilla very easy and simple that this good, I like to prepare easy things that do not involve investing much time in the kitchen but result in a delicious dish for lunch.
Para realizar esta rica tortilla necesitamos: 📝

| Calabacin | 1 | Zucchini | 1 |
| Tallo de Cebollin | 2 | chive stalk | 2 |
| Cebolla | 1 | Onion | 1 |
| Queso Rallado | 1 taza | Grated cheese | 1 cup |
Modo de preparación:
Method of preparation:
- Cortamos en cuadros la cebolla, el calabacin y los tallos de cebollin.
- We cut the onion, zucchini and spring onion stems into squares.
- Luego rallamos el queso.
- Then we grated the cheese.
- Separamos las claras y las yemas de los huevos.
- We separate the whites and yolks of the eggs.
- Batimos las claras de huevo hasta que tomen volumen, luego incorporamos las amarillas de huevo y seguimos batiendo.
- Beat the egg whites until they take on volume, then add the yellow egg whites and continue beating.
- Incorporamos la cebolla, los tallos de cebollin, el calabacin y seguir revolviendo.
- Add the onion, the onion stems, the zucchini and keep stirring.
- Agregamos el queso y ya tenemos nuestra mezcla para la tortilla lista.
- We add the cheese and we have our tortilla mix ready.
- Ponemos a calentar una sarten cuando este bien caliente agregamos la mezcla de la tortilla y cocinamos a fuego lento por 10 minutos aproximadamente.
- Heat a pan when it is very hot, add the tortilla mixture and cook over a low heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Volteamos nuestra tortilla y esperamos que este dorado.
- We turn over our omelet and hope it's golden.
Podemos acompañarla con rebanadas de pan.
We can accompany it with slices of bread.
