Hola amigos de #hive les traigo una receta de una rica torta de chocolate, aquí le explicó el paso a paso.

Ingredientes/Ingredients
250g de margarina/250g margarine
1/2 taza de azúcar/1/2 cup sugar
3 huevos/3 eggs
Vainilla/Vanilla
Ralladura de limón/Lemon zest
1 taza de leche líquida/1 cup of liquid milk
Cacao en polvo/Cocoa powder
2 tazas de harina de trigo leudante/2 cups leavened wheat flour
Polvo para hornear/Baking powder
Preparación/Preparation
Precalentamos el horno a 240°C/Preheat the oven to 240°C
En un bol agregamos la margarina y el azúcar mezclando de manera uniforme hasta que se vuelva blanquecina./In a bowl add the margarine and sugar, mixing evenly until it becomes whitish.
Agregamos los huevos previamente batidos/Add the previously beaten eggs
Agregamos la vainilla, la ralladura de limón y el cacao en polvo./Add the vanilla, lemon zest and cocoa powder.
Colocamos la mitad de la taza de leche y vamos agregando poco a poco el harina previamente cernida, le añadimos el polvo para hornear/Add half of the cup of milk and add little by little the previously sifted flour and the baking powder.
Luego colocamos en una tortera margarina y harina para que la mezcla no se pegue y la añadimos/Then we put margarine and flour in a pan so that the mixture does not stick and add it.
Luego la metemos al horno por 40 minutos y nos queda una rica torta de chocolate super esponjosa/Then we put it in the oven for 40 minutes and we get a rich, super fluffy chocolate cake.
