Ensalada con melva / Salad with frigate tuna.

Hoy os traigo otra de mis recetas fáciles y deliciosas.

Today I bring you another of my easy and delicious recipes.

Hoy ensalada con Melva,perfecta ahora que se apetecen las comidas fresquitas y hay que pensar en no hacer las cenas tan pesadas ;)

Today, salad with Melva, perfect now that we are in the mood for fresh meals and we have to think about not making the dinners so heavy ;)

Ingredientes:

Mezcla de Brotes o lechuga.
Melva en aceite de Oliva.
Maiz dulce.
Mandarina o naranja.
Zanahoria.
Queso fresco.
Tomate.
Piña en su jugo.
Aderezo:Vinagre de modena, sal, aceite de Oliva Virgen y pimienta negra molida.

Ingredients:

Sprout mix or lettuce.
Frigatebee in Olive Oil.
Sweet corn.
Tangerine or orange.
Carrot.
Fresh cheese.
Tomato.
Pineapple in its juice.
Dressing: Modena vinegar, salt, virgin olive oil and ground black pepper.

Paso/ Step 1:

Enjuagar muy bien todos los brotes y las verduras.
Cortamos la zanahoria a tiras, el tomate a trozos y la piña a trozos.

Rinse well all the sprouts and vegetables.
Cut the carrot into strips, the tomato into pieces and the pineapple into pieces.

Paso/ Step 2:

Emplatamos.
Añadimos los brotes y el resto de los ingredientes.Por ultimo añadiremos la melva.
Aderezamos al gusto y listo para disfrutar.
We plate.
Add the sprouts and the rest of the ingredients and finally add the frigate tuna.
Dress to taste and ready to enjoy.
