Mi Consejo para lucir un cabello sedoso y saludable/My advice for healthy and silky hair
Una vez por semana suelo colocar en mi cabello mascarilla de maicena, también conocida como fécula de maíz con aceite de oliva. La maicena tiene efectos hidratantes para el cabello, además de eliminar el friz, proveer suavidad y brillo; por su parte el aceite de oliva estimula el crecimiento del cabello, previene la caída, actúa como agente reparados al eliminar las puntas abiertas y el cabello quebradizo.

Ingredientes para la mascarilla
1/2 vaso de agua
2 cucharaditas de maicena
1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva

Diluir la maicena en el agua, luego llevarla a cocinar a fuego lento hasta que rompa hervor, dejar enfriar para agregar el aceite y mezclar bien

Comenzar a colocar la mascarilla en el cabello bien distribuido, recoger y dejar en el cabello por media hora, lavar el cabello con abundante shampoo. En mi caso yo me lo corto cada cierto tiempo para eliminar las horquillas, lo que pueda estar quemado en las puntas y dar más forma al corte que había perdido; para ello comencé haciendo un moño de todo el cabello lo más alto posible peinandolo con un peine muy fino y luego atar bien

Peinar muy bien hacía arriba con un peine de dientes muy delgados de modo que el cabello quede parejo, introducir el cabello entre los dedos índice y medio para proceder a cortar la cantidad deseada, luego soltar el cabello, peinarlo y volver a recoger pero esta vez trazando una línea desde una oreja hasta la otra con el peine; peinar bien hacia adelante y hacer el recogido donde inicia la frente; volver a peinar para que quede uniforme y cortar a nivel de la barbilla
