Experiencing Indian Traditional Food at Rajasthan, India.

in GEMS4 years ago

Hello Everyone

Today I am coming with my first blog about Food Review. I went to Rajasthan Last year with some of my cousin. It was a awesome and memorable tour for us. I enjoyed a lot. We got some unique local food to take. In this post I am going to tell something about them.

Jaipur, Rajasthan, India🇮🇳

Jaipur is the capital of the Indian state of Rajasthan. This historic city is known to everyone as the Pink City. Although the administration is run by the Rajasthan state government, Jaipur still has a king who lives in the city palace. Besides, there are numerous palaces of Rajputs like Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Nahargar Fort etc. in Jaipur. Every year a lot of visitors crowd. In 2019, I had the good fortune.

The food in this wonderful place is a little different from our food type. I have seen the popularity of veg food instead of meat. I have also seen some Muslim Kebab restaurants, but I have also seen an abundance of veggie food in the general stores in Pink City. This post is about some such dessert items and veggie food. He ate some kebabs in a kebab shop one day, but after a long time he was no longer photographed in the passion of eating meat. At the end of the post, I am still writing the name of the hotel so that you can eat non-veg as well as veg food when you go to Jaipur.

Pulses Butter-Potato Paratah

If you go to Rajasthan and don't eat in any dhaba, then there is a huge imperfection in the tour. In order to avoid this imperfection, Khawadawa did not recover as soon as he entered Rajasthan on his way to Jaipur.

The taste of Rajasthani Alu Parota or Dal Makhni should not be missed while sitting in the luxurious seats of Dhaba seen in the movie.

Butter is put on the hot dal butter, it slowly melts on the dal butter. Potato parota-dal brings sourness with butter and brings fullness.

The cost did not cost more than 80-100 rupees for each of us even after eating a full meal.

If you go to Rajasthan, don't forget to take this experience, so absolutely.

Dessert

Rose jamun, malpoya, rasgolla, milkcake.

Price: 10-20 rupees each

I tried these few items in sweets. I like every sweet. I like milkcake the best. It is quite popular and one of the best selling items in the store. No item is too sweet, too moderate.

In the alleys of Jaipur, you will see various sweets that are amazing to see and eat. You can try these items instantly while walking around the city.

Keshar Milk

Price: 15/20 rupees per glass.

IMG_20200610_220521.jpg

Most people in Jaipur or India prefer to drink a glass of milk before going home at night. The milk that is given in a clay glass with thick cream or hair is also quite large in size. The average glass we eat in our country is about one and a half times. So you can try at night before returning to the hotel. Pretty tasty.

Potatoes, onions and vegetables

Price: 30/40 rupees per bowl

It is another popular food in Jaipur. This vegetable is eaten here with different types of bread and porridge. Basmati rice was very good to see, so I ate with rice. It was unthinkable that this vegetable of potato and onion from a very ordinary shop could look so much fun. Among the vegetables, it is a must try item in Rajasthan or Jaipur.

Conduct

There is a very famous shop for pickles in Jaipur. The shop is about 164 years old.

If you see the food vlogs in Jaipur, you will find this shop quite familiar. There are different types of pickles starting from mango, garlic, pepper. I am giving the link of Google map here, so that you can easily go to Jaipur.

And in terms of price, you can get several types of pickles of your choice within 80/100 rupees for testing.

Masala Boiled Fried Egg

Price: 10/12 rupees

The reason for mentioning this item of eggs is to talk about the practice of eating hot boiled eggs in Jaipur. In our country, boiled eggs are peeled and salted with salt, but not in India. Here they will fry the boiled eggs with some spices. Then add fried cumin seeds and chopped onion and serve hot. It tastes great. I ate 3/4 at a time.

Non veg

I like the best place in Jaipur for non-veg food such as kebabs, the kebabs of MM Khan Hotel. Here you will find all the wonderful items of chicken or mutton. I ate some kebabs including tandoori chicken. But after a while, the passion for eating meat was no longer photographed. If you want to eat all the fun kebabs, you can go to this hotel. I am also giving the link of Google map.

I also ate a McDonald's burger, Mac Maharaja Combo Pack, to add variety to the food. You will get burgers, french fries and cold drinks in this combo pack for Rs 280-300.

These are my dishes I tried in Jaipur. Which is the best food you eat in Jaipur or Rajasthan? By the way I'm not a professional food reviewer. So please don't judge my opinion. I just tried to share my experience about those food from Rajasthan. Hope you will like it. If there is anything wrong in this blog, just let me know by your respective comments.
