There are times in life when we go through undesirable and demanding corridors, moments that we might regret a lot or have a great learning experience. We won’t know when these experiences will knock on our door, we do not control anything in this world. As the only alternative with a fixed gaze we have to fight the battle. Attitude and cool mind to face adversities. Everything around us may be in ruins, but tranquility will always be within us and vision.

This particularity allows us to create a particular language, to feel, to appreciate pain, to memorize, to be responsible for every movement. This set of sensations and emotions only allows us to evolve. With the collaboration of the brain we have the characteristic of surviving among any demand, with a good management of self-esteem we can effectively overcome any adversity. But sometimes it is not only adversity, but also not letting ourselves be dragged by the environment, by governments, by the system. We must learn to stand firm in our mission in spite of the conditions that surround us.

Life will in some way put us in trouble and we will have conflicts very often. All of us, inevitably, will be victims of conflicts, which will become internal too, but they are not so bad in reality.If we don't get into conflict, it's impossible to move forward. The beginning of a good story is conflict, it is the heart of it. Projecting all this into the personal area works the same way.
Conflict is a slap in the face of life, however, it is the source of innovation. When our surroundings are most chaotic is when we turn things upside down and reinvent ourselves, abandoning old routines. We just have to take advantage of the moment and the circumstances. The important thing is not to stop. Inaction is not viable if we really want to evolve and transcend. Seize the moment, you can.

There are no formulas to overcome the adversities of life, however, we forge our interior to show more effective attitudes to these situations. Everything is temporary, and just as after the leaves fall, winter arrives, in the same way situations pass, either of joy or sadness. Everything changes, everything keeps moving.

I love your article brother (& the ghost photo)! As someone coming out of some serious trauma and reading book-loads of text about how to process and move past it, your words here are the only words I have read that make any sense (especially the parts about managing self-confidence & to not stop moving and creating even while in pain).
