Yes words cast spells but energy doesn’t lie. If you don’t even close to believe it, than you can say whatever you want. Whatever is honest and true will always arise.
Are you ready and willing to deal with it? Or are we just going to throw wallpaper and filters up over what’s really there forever?! Are we going to pretend what you say overrides how you feel and truly, truly align with deeply in your soul?
Work with what’s true. Choose your words but more importantly feel your truth. Sit with it. Accept it. Prove to yourself that it’s safe and okay to feel the things. A world that’s honest and real is the world that truly exists. Not only what you can imagine. Not only what feels positive and beautiful. The real fekkin ish y’all.
