The title of the post, or better right vlog, caught my attention, unfortunately, my listening skills in English are not yet good enough to understand you correctly. However, I agree with you, both count, only that from failures we get more learning.

Well said, trying again and again is needed to get succeeded and we should learn from our mistakes. Sometime these mistakes are the reasons to motivate to go our comfort levels and think beyond our limits. In a way they help us improve our thinking skills and our approaches to handle difficult situations.
