Crema de auyama y zanahoria // Cream of pumpkin and carrot
Buenos días mis apreciados lectores, entre texturas y colores hoy echando un vistazo a mi nevera para observar que me apetecía comer, vi mi consentida verdura que es la auyama, la cual había comprado recientemente, con esta verdura hoy realice una crema espesa y su acompañante este día es la zanahoria

Nuestra crema necesita // Our cream needs
2 tazas de auyama ( picadas en cubos sin cascara ni semillas )
2 tazas de zanahoria ( peladas y picada en cubos )
Queso en cuadritos ( sirve cualquier queso cremoso )
Cebollin finamente picado ( cantidad necesaria )
1 litro de agua
1 taza de cebolla picada
2 cups of pumpkin (diced without skin or seeds)
2 cups of carrots (peeled and diced)
Cheese cubes ( serves any creamy cheese )
Finely chopped chives (quantity required)
1 liter of water
1 cup of chopped onion
Procedimiento // Procedure
En 1 litro de agua hervir primero la zanahoria con la cebolla, dejamos por 15 minutos y agregamos la auyama, dejamos hervir hasta comprobar que la auyama este blanda
Ya listo este proceso dejamos enfriar y continuamos a licuar, la listo le agregamos sal ( si deseas puedes agregar pimienta ) debes probar si quedo bien sazonada
In 1 liter of water boil first the carrot with the onion, leave it for 15 minutes and add the pumpkin, let it boil until you see that the pumpkin is soft
Once this process is ready, we let it cool down and we process the vegetables until we get a creamy texture. Once it is ready, we add salt (if you wish, you can add pepper).
Lista para servir nuestra crema, agregamos cubitos de queso y lluvia de cebollin, esta crema es un platillo de entrada estrella, yo aveces lo uso como platillo principal por que quedo satisfecha, podemos acompañarla con algún panecillo
Ready to serve our cream, we add cheese cubes and a shower of chives, this cream is a starter dish, I sometimes use it as a main dish because I stay satisfied, we can accompany it with some roll
