Consistency, consistency, consistency....

Forget your gratification models of established social media networks. Where you scan your recently posted item for the latest likes it received. Likes that generally don't give you much in return. Here on Hive, you can convert those likes into monetary value for yourself.

When you first join Hive, remember to be consistent in your posting. Don't post dozens of times a day, but aim to post once a day and every day. You need to improve your brand recognition, and don't freak out if you don't make bank in your first few weeks of posting. You don't bank on other platforms, so lower your expectations here on Hive. I have seen too many newbies get frustrated in not earning enough at first, yet they continued to post for free on legacy networks. Bizarre how the human brain works.

Initially, you might wonder what is the point of earning small amounts at the beginning, and I have been in that though process too. Remember that what you are today, in theory, will have a lot more value in the future. I can attest to this after starting on this platform in 2017. Hive earning potential will so many doors for you down the line. This is where you find extra treasures.

In the next tip post. I will discuss how networking here is vital to watch your account growth and therefore your earnings.
