The Sweetest & Creamiest Drink! // ¡El trago más Dulce y Cremoso! :p

If you are a sweet drinks lover, this post is for you…. I’m gonna share my version of one of the yummiest, sweetest and creamiest drinks in the world ... Let's see if you guess which drink I’m talking about ...
Si eres amante de un delicioso trago dulce, este post es para ti…. Te compartiré mi versión de uno de los tragos mas ricos, dulces y cremosos del mundo mundial… A ver si adivinas cual…

You will need:
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 can condensed milk
• 2 ½ cups whole milk
• 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
• 3 egg yolks
• a few pinches of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg
• And most importantly, what makes this drink so special: Almond Liqueur (Amaretto) 150 to 250 ml will serve, obviously it depends on the intensity you want to get in the drink.


Necesitarás:

• 1 lata de leche evaporada1 lata de leche condensada2 ½ tazas de leche entera1 ½ cucharaditas de maicena3 yemas de huevoUnos toquecitos a tu gusto de vainilla, canela y nuez moscadaY lo mas importante, lo que hace tan especial este trago: Licor de Almendras (Amaretto) de 150 a 250 ml servirán, obviamente depende de la intensidad que desees obtener en el trago.

Add all the ingredients (except for the yolks) in a deep pot and bring to the heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Agrega todos los ingredientes (excepto las yemas) en una olla profunda y lleva al fuego por 5 minutos revolviendo constantemente.

After 5 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of this warm mixture to the egg yolks, and beat them with the barilla (Beating the yolks will temper and prevent them from cutting when adding them to the mixture)
Pasados los 5 minutos, agrega 2 cucharadas de esta mezcla ya un poco caliente a las yemas, y batelas un poco con la barilla (de esta manera templaremos las yemas para evitar que se corten al agregarlas a la mezcla

After tempering the yolks, strain them and add into the mixture. Bring to a low temperature and continue cooking for 20 more minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking.

Take it out of heat, transfer the mixture to a container and let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Luego de templar las yemas, cuélalas y agregalas a la mezcla. Lleva a temperatura baja y sigue cocinando durante 20 minutos más, revolviendo de vez en cuando para evitar que se nos pegue.

Baja del fuego, pasa la mezcla a un recipiente y deja enfriar completamente, luego lleva a la nevera por lo menos 2 horas.

Once the mixture is cold, let's do to the simplest and most exciting part!

Add all the mixture to the blender, add the almond liqueur (remember that the indicated amount is only a reference, you can add little by little to make it more or less liquorly, as you wish) blend for several minutes, until all the lumps disappear ...

Una vez que ya la mezcla esta fría, vamos a la parte mas sencilla y mas emocionante!

Agrega toda la mezcla a la licuadora, agrega el licor de almendras (recuerda que la cantidad indicada es solo una referencia, puedes agregar de a poco e ir probando para que quede mas o menos fuerte según gusto) licua durante varios minutos, hasta que desaparezcan todos los grumos…

You can place the remaining drink in a glass bottle and keep it in the fridge for 1 week.

El restante lo puedes colocar en una botella de vidrio y conservar en la nevera durante 1 semana.
