Saludos comunidad de hive
El día de hoy les comparto una cena familiar que tuve junto a gran parte de mi familia, ya que teníamos mucho tiempo sin poder compartir y vernos juntos debido a la cuarentena, tuvimos esta idea gracias a que por un grupo familiar entre todos decidimos realizar unos chori-panes.

Today I share a family dinner that I had with most of my family, as we had much time without being able to share and see each other together due to the quarantine, we had this idea thanks to a family group between all decided to make some chori-panes.
Como he mencionado mi familia es muy unida y las reuniones antes de la cuarentena eran muy seguidas, casi siempre un fin de semana era a reunirnos, para cualquier ocasión las excusas para reunirnos siempre sobran, excepto en estos tiempos en la cual todos hicimos un esfuerzo para vernos.
As I mentioned my family is very close and the meetings before quarantine were very close, almost always a weekend was to meet, for any occasion the excuses to meet are always plenty, except in these times in which we all made an effort to see each other.
En esta ocasión compramos varios tipos de chorizos, teniamos chorizos de cerdo, cerdo ahumados, cerdo picante y de pollo. Los hicimos a la parrilla entre mi papá y yo. Mis tias y mama principalmente se encargaban de picar cebollas, tomates y abrir los panes a la mitad.
On this occasion we bought several types of chorizos, we had pork sausages, smoked pork, spicy pork and chicken. We grilled them between me and my dad. My aunts and mom were mainly in charge of chopping onions, tomatoes and opening the breads in half.

Para comenzar se picaron varios chorizos en pedazos para que todos comieran un poco y se prepararan para comer sus chori-panes.
To begin with, several chorizos were chopped up so that everyone could eat a little and prepare to eat their chori-panes.
Asi cortabamos los chorizos para terminar de cocinarlos y colocarlos dentro de los panes
So we cut the sausages to finish cooking them and put them inside the breads
Así se veían los chori-panes ya completamente preparados.
That's what the chori-pans looked like when they were fully prepared.
