A veces es difícil lidiar con las fobias sin apoyo, lo mejor es que la familia comprenda que no es una locura, que no puedes controlarlo tan fácilmente. Saludos!
Te comprendo perfectamente, a veces es bastante difícil lidiar con nuestras fobias y resulta ser un poco desesperante cuando las personas a nuestro alrededor no comprenden lo que es sentir miedo. Me ha pasado que muchas veces se han burlado de mí por sentir miedo de la oscuridad, pero el miedo es algo normal...lo bueno es que algunas fobias pueden llegar a controlarse.
