Hoy compartiré con todos una fácil, deliciosa y económica receta de arroz con salchichas y vegetales, que toda persona puede preparar y cuando lo hacemos con amor más, es súper delicioso. Consiste en arroz blanco los cual se mezcla con salchicha y los vegetales como calabacín, cebolla, ajís dulces, cebollín, ajo.
Today I will share with everyone an easy, delicious and inexpensive recipe for rice with sausages and vegetables, that everyone can prepare and when we do it with love more, it is super delicious. It consists of white rice which is mixed with sausage and vegetables such as zucchini, onion, sweet peppers, chives, garlic.
2 tazas de arroz blanco ya cocido
3 salchicha
1 Cebolla
5 dientes de ajo
3 Ají dulce
1 Calabacín
2 tallos de cebollín
Sal al gusto
Aceite
Pimienta al gusto
2 cups of cooked white rice
3 sausage
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
3 Sweet pepper
1 zucchini
2 stalks of chives
Salt to taste
Oil
Pepper to taste
Dispongo en una arrocera mis 2 tazas de arroz para preparar. Lavo todos mis vegetales, picándolos cada uno de ellos: la cebolla, el ají dulce en cuadrillos muy pequeños de igual manera el cebollín, trituro los ajos, el calabacín los pico en cuadro un poco más grandes y la salchicha en rodajas
I put my 2 cups of rice in a rice cooker to prepare. I wash all my vegetables, mincing each one of them: the onion, the sweet pepper in very small squares, the chives, I crush the garlic, the zucchini, I cut them into a slightly larger square and the sausage in slices.
1.-Caliento una sartén y agrego un chorro de aceite.
1.-I heat a frying pan and add a splash of oil.
2.Agrego el ajo y la cebolla revolviendo todo hasta que cristalice.

3.Para procede añadiendo el ají dulce y el calabacín mezclándolos todos los vegetales hasta que ablande.
3.To proceed by adding the sweet pepper and zucchini, mixing all the vegetables until they soften.
4.incorporo la salchicha picada en rodajas y dejo cocinar por 3 minutos con los vegetales.

5.Agrego un ¼ de taza de agua, también añado sal y pimienta al gusto.

6.Se agrega el cebollín dejo a fuego lento por espacio de 1 minuto.

7.Por ultimo, añadir el arroz blanco ya cocinado, mezclando todo y dejo cocina por 1 minutos.

8.Retiro de fuego para dejar enfriar.
