Training in new staff or training up established staff was a requirement, ongoing to a point where anyone is able to go on leave having someone able to fill the spot for short spell.

Soon it will be outdoors enjoying a fresh breeze going to early morning spots, take it easy, everything comes in good time.

Yep, learning by doing is the only way to learn quickly. We are working for the government - it's a bit different from working for a normal company - many things people around the world say about government workers are still right 😂 !LOLZ
