It sounds pretty crazy, but I'm already seeing results from my gym workouts. My arms have gained muscle, and my shoulders and back are a bit more defined. Right now, I'm happy with the results and want to maintain them. I don't want to keep pushing for hypertrophy; I'm more interested in gaining strength, not bulking up, because I like to keep my delicate appearance. And listen, that doesn't mean I'm weak. You can have real strength without bulking up so much; they're different goals and approaches. What do you all think?
Parece bastante loco pero ya se me nota el trabajo que estoy haciendo en el gym, mis brazos han ganado más músculo, mis hombros y espalda se han definido un poco más, en estos momentos me siento satisfecha con los resultados y quiero mantenerlos, no quiero seguir avanzando en hipertrofia, me interesa mas ganas fuerza pero ya no hipertrofiar músculos porque me gusta conservar mi apariencia delicada, y ojo, eso no quiere decir que sea débil, se puede tener fuerza real sin inflar tanto los músculos, son objetivos y trabajos diferentes. ¿Ustedes qué opinan?
I agree.... I think it's so much more important to focus on what you can do with your body over how you look. I've done lots of obstacle course competitions and it's amazing how many guys with huge muscles can't climb a rope ladder or lift themselves up over a wall or something. I'm a huge fan of functional fitness.
