Today I had a free day, free in all feelings because even my mind rested from my thoughts, because I only focused on the present moment and nothing else.
I went to a country house that is about 4 hours from the city, on a different day, near the house there was a river, we took the time to go see it because I was insisting on seeing it, I always like to connect with nature also an excuse to be able to be barefoot too, a long time ago I found out that it is beneficial for the body because in this way electrons enter our body and these manage to act as an antioxidant and many more benefits that can be investigated.
Knowing the river, guess what? It has gold and this is because there is a mine nearby, you can literally see the gold shining in the river, you can see the small particles everywhere, I even took a small part of it to document it.
Here I will be sharing some photos that I took during the day, they weren't many but they were nice.
Hoy tuve un día libre, libre en todos los sentimientos porque hasta mi mente descansó de mis pensamientos, pues sólo me enfoqué en el momento presente y nada más.
Fui a una casa de campo que queda a unas 4 horas de la ciudad, un día diferente, cerca de la casa había un río, nos tomamos el tiempo de ir a conocer porque yo estaba insistiendo en verlo, siempre me gusta conectar con la naturaleza, además una excusa para poder estar descalza también, hace mucho tiempo me enteré de que es beneficios para el cuerpo porque de esta forma ingresan electrones a nuestro cuerpo y estos logran actuar como antioxidante y muchos más beneficioso que pueden investigar.
Al conocer el río, ¿adivinen qué? Tiene oro y esto es porque cerca hay una mina, literalmente puedes ver el oro brillando en el rio, se ven las pequeñas partículas por todos lados, incluso saqué una pequeña parte para documentarlo.
Aquí estaré compartiendo algunas fotos que tomé durante el día, no fueron muchas pero se me hicieron lindas.

Definitivamente se ve que te sientan muy bien los aires incaicos. Y es indudable que esos electrones brillan y destacan en todo su esplendor cuando permites que ingresen en tu cuerpo por andar descalza deambulando libre y despreocupada a través de la naturaleza mientras a su vez permites a tu mente descansar de tus propios pensamientos. Más momentos de estos por favor!
