HIVE is starting to catch its stride...
The activity levels are starting to pick up.
After first starting out around the 15 spot in terms of activity on Blocktivity.com, HIVE is starting to march up the ranks.

It's climbed 3 spots in the last two weeks.
Initially when I posted about HIVE being on Blocktivity 19 days ago, HIVE had just climbed within the Top 15 for the first time.

Interestingly enough, it looks like HIVE has assumed all the previous data that was originally tied to the STEEM blockchain.
In fact, it looks like STEEM is longer mentioned at all.
From that standpoint, it almost makes it look like STEEM was the fork and HIVE is the main chain, interesting. :)
One other thing of interest...
Earlier today, or late last night depending on your timezone, HIVE passed a very familiar project on Blocktivity...

Yep, for a short while there, HIVE was ranked slightly higher than our good friends over at Tron.
I'm sure they started pushing all sorts of transactions through in order to jump right back ahead.
That's not the sort of thing they would attempt to do, now is it?! :)

Honestly I don't hear anything about Steem at all. It seems to just have...fizzled out in a puddle of its own making 😅
Yea, I suspect this isn't the last we have heard of STEEM though. I would be shocked if Justin Sun spent millions of dollars, went through all the drama that he did, only to do nothing with it and just let it die on the vine. I suspect he is waiting to do anything until 13 weeks have passed...

Hi @jrcornel, do you know how to convert Hive Dollars in Hive? I think that could be the right moment.
Yea you should be able to convert on peakd.com. You can use the internal market to exchange them or convert using the convert function. Never use convert when HBD is over a dollar.
I gained 10 HBD using the platform and I thought it would be a good thing to convert them to HIVE as HIVE's price is now low. Do you think it's nonsense?
Interesting stats and hopefully HIVE will keep its momentum. Is really important to be recognized and at the same time to continue to develop itself and bring new features that will not be on Steem. I'm wondering what would be next on HIVE...?

Hive currently has more development than Steem, and as such it is kind of primary fork of the network... There is still a lot of places in Hive that needs strings replaced. Almost daily I get prompt to use "Steem Connect"... lol...
Yea, and the search feature doesn't really work. Plus you can't post posts with 100% power up option on hive.blog, at least the last time I checked.
I've been a developer for over 35 years, so I know all the catch phrases... One is that never should fix all bugs at once, because if you do, you're soon unemployed... Perfection doesn't play well with software development.
