Hola a todos, hoy vengo a contarles el magnifico viaje que hice con mi hermano Eduardo en el año 2018, fue un viaje planificado con varios días de anticipación para un torneo nacional de Magic the Gatheting en Caracas, Venezuela.
Hello everyone, today I come to tell you about the magnificent trip I made with my brother Eduardo in 2018, it was a trip planned several days in advance for a national Magic the Gatheting tournament in Caracas, Venezuela.
El viaje estuvo increíble y estábamos muy emocionados, pues somos fanáticos de este juego, no me dio chance de tomar muchas fotos ya que estaba concentrado en las estrategias que utilizaría para poder ganar y ganarme el premio el cual constaba de un pasaje para España y una entrada para poder jugar la mundial de Magic y 2000 euros.
The trip was incredible and we were very excited, because we are fans of this game, it did not give me the chance to take many photos since I was focused on the strategies I would use to win and win the prize which consisted of a ticket to Spain and a entry to play the Magic World Cup and 2000 euros.
Viajamos desde San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira, Venezuela hasta Caracas en una furgoneta con 5 compañeros que iban a jugar también y otras personas adicionales que no tenían nada que ver con nosotros. Fueron varias horas de viaje y estuvo divertido por la gran compañía, sin duda alguna repetiría un paseo así.
We traveled from San Cristóbal, Táchira State, Venezuela to Caracas in a van with 5 companions who were going to play as well and other additional people who had nothing to do with us. It was several hours of travel and he was amused by the great company, without a doubt he would repeat such a walk.
Posteriormente llegamos a Caracas y directamente nos fuimos a la tienda "Magic Sur" donde conocimos a las personas que iban a participar y se hizo una especie de torneo con premios más pequeños antes del campeonato, aunque más que todo era para practicar, jugar y divertirnos.
Later we arrived in Caracas and went directly to the "Magic Sur" store where we met the people who were going to participate and a kind of tournament with smaller prizes was held before the championship, although more than anything it was to practice, play and have fun.
Después de allí nos fuimos a Ávila Burguer, un sitio muy reconocido donde venden unas hamburguesas increíbles con una agua panela muy rica. Fuimos a comer con las personas que nos recibieron en Caracas y los compañeros que viajaron con nosotros, recuerdo tanto estas hamburguesas y me provoca volver a este lugar solo por ellas.
After there we went to Ávila Burger, a very well-known place where they sell incredible hamburgers with a very rich panela water. We went to eat with the people who welcomed us in Caracas and the companions who traveled with us, I remember these hamburgers so much and it makes me come back to this place just for them.
Pasamos por el obelisco, nos montamos en el teleférico y conocimos paisajes increíbles. Recomiendo sin duda alguna que suban el teleférico si llegan a ir a Caracas, además en la parte de arriba hay un café donde venden postres deliciosos y un café que cae demasiado bien para el clima fresco que hace allí. Recuerdo que pedí una torta de zanahoria y un Latte Macchiato.
We went through the obelisk, we rode the cable car and saw incredible landscapes. I definitely recommend that you go up the cable car if you go to Caracas, also at the top there is a cafe where they sell delicious desserts and a coffee that falls too well for the cool climate there. I remember ordering a carrot cake and a Latte Macchiato.
Después de subir el teleférico había un paseo en el cual te llevaban como a un pueblito donde aprovechamos para almorzar mi hermano y yo. Pueden notar nuestra cara de felicidad en cada una de las fotos que nos hicimos, la gente dice que parecemos gemelos porque nos parecemos mucho. La comida aquí también es deliciosa, pedimos unas empanadas de carne y una parrilla con aguacate, todo estuvo increíble.
After climbing the cable car there was a walk in which they took you like a small town where my brother and I took the opportunity to have lunch. You can see our happy face in each of the photos we took, people say that we look like twins because we look so much alike. The food here is also delicious, we ordered some meat empanadas and a grill with avocado, everything was incredible.
Recuerdo que quería hacer fotos a todo el paisaje, al iguar que mi hermano. El clima espectacular, el aire que se respira se sentía puro y eso me envolvió, lo bueno es que mi hermano y yo somos personas muy sociables entonces hicimos varias amistades aquí. Ojalá pronto pueda volver a Caracas y seguir conociendo más lugares increíbles como este.
I remember wanting to take photos of the entire landscape, just like my brother. The spectacular climate, the air you breathe felt pure and that enveloped me, the good thing is that my brother and I are very sociable people so we made several friends here. Hopefully soon I can return to Caracas and continue to see more incredible places like this.
Cuando fuimos el hotel Humboldt lo estaban remodelando, hoy en día ya está remodelado y pasar una noche allí cuesta alrededor de 300 $, esa vez solo lo logré conocer por fuera y es el que ven allí en la foto. Fueron buenos días y felices. Esto fue todo por hoy, muchas gracias!!
When we visited the Humboldt hotel they were remodeling it, today it is already remodeled and spending a night there costs around $ 300, that time I only got to know it from the outside and it is the one you see there in the photo.
