INGREDIENTES
Para esta receta necesitamos:
1 Lata de 250 gms de atún en aceite.
1 Tomate.
1 Zanahoria.
3 papas colombianas.
¼ de calabacín.
2 Huevos.
1 Coliflor.
Lechuga
Sal al gusto.
INGREDIENTS

¼ zucchini.
2 eggs.
1 cauliflower.
Lettuce
Salt to taste.
PREPARACIÓN/ PREPARATION
Paso 1 / Step 1
Lave los vegetales y los huevos, y coloque en una cacerola con 1 ½ litros de agua. Hirviendo por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
Wash the vegetables and eggs, and place in a saucepan with 1 ½ liters of water. Boil for approximately 15 minutes.

Paso 2 / Step 2
Pique en trozos, el tomate, el calabacín, la lechuga, la zanahoria, las papas y en rodajas los huevos. Todo esto lo colocamos en un bol y agregamos de ultimo el atún y sal al gusto.
Chop into pieces the tomato, zucchini, lettuce, carrots, potatoes and sliced eggs. Put all this in a bowl and add the tuna and salt to taste.
Pique en trozos, el tomate, el calabacín, la lechuga, la zanahoria, las papas y en rodajas los huevos. Todo esto lo colocamos en un bol y agregamos de ultimo el atún y sal al gusto.

Bueno amigos. Ya listo nuestro todo, pasamos a armar nuestro plato. Para ello coloque un poco de ensalada y un poco de mostaza como aderezo.
