Teachings of Buddhism on human relations

in GEMS4 years ago

#1 Don’t feel bad because there are those who only come to mind when they need you. Feel privileged that you are the candle in their mind that lights up when their mind is in the dark.

#2 There will always be a person in your life who doesn’t treat you well. Thank him because he makes you stronger.

#3 If someone treats you badly, remember:
There is something wrong with him, not with you. Healthy people do not destroy each other.

#4 When it hurts, listen. Life is trying to teach you something.

#5 There are three solutions to each problem: accept, change, or let go. If you can't accept it, change it. If you can't change it, let it go.

#6 Let people judge. Let them be misunderstood. Let them gossip about you. What they think of you is not your problem. Their opinion will not pay your bills. So stay kind, love persevering and be a free individual, whatever they say or do, never doubt your worth and the beauty of truth. Shine on and let the haters hate you.

#7 No matter how educated, talented, cool, or rich you think you are, the way you treat others will ultimately tell you everything about you. Honesty is everything.

#8 The less you care about what people think of you, the happier you will be.

#9 Silence is the best answer for someone who doesn’t appreciate your words.

#10. If you think it’s everyone else’s fault, you’re going to suffer a lot. Then when you understand that everything starts out of you, you will find peace and joy.

#11. Where there is no respect, there is no love.

#12. Relationships never die a natural death. They are killed by ego, rejection and attitude.

Beautiful reminders in life.

I was hit by #1, I'm not at ease with people who only come to me to beg or ask for help. It isn't always that people talk to me to catch up, but when they do it comes with a favor.

Thanks to this post, it reminds me to be kinder, grateful, and loving.
