¿QUIEN SOY?

Soy un Chef Venezolano de 38 años, emprendedor y con muchos sueños por delante. Me gusta la cocina no solo para trabajar sino también para complacer a los que me rodean.


Veo en la cocina un mundo lleno de oportunidades, no solo para comercializar sino también para impartir mis conocimientos.

Antes de ser Chef estudie seguridad industrial, ejerciéndola en varias empresas, donde mi principal función era velar por el bienestar y cuidado de cada trabajador en su área de trabajo.

Soy padre de una hermosa princesa de 10 años llamada María Gabriela, esta a mi completo cuidado desde que tenia 3 años. Cursa actualmente el 5to grado de básica y además es integrante de la escuela de música Ángel Briceño; en la coral infantil y con su instrumento: Flauta Dulce.

A QUE ME DEDICO

Como ya les comenté, soy chef y junto a mi mamá que también es Chef, trabajamos en l venta de. Dulces, tortas, pásapalos, comida rápida.

Somos formadores de emprendedores.

Desde hace más de cuatro años, nos hemos dedicado a formar emprendedores por medio de talleres formativos de panadería, pastelería y cocina nacional e internacional.

Es algo que sin duda nos apasiona, saber que podemos ayudar con nuestros conocimientos a jóvenes y no tan jóvenes a comenzar sus propios negocios de comida. Nos hemos adaptado a esta nueva realidad que vive el país y formamos no solo con clases presenciales sino también con clases online.

Ha sido muy gratificante contar con el reconocimiento positivo de todos nuestros alumnos, que agradecen cada enseñanza recibida de nuestra parte, esto gracias a que trabajamos con dedicación y de corazón para que todos queden a gusto y conformes

LO QUE ME GUSTA HACER

Descubrí hace tres años aproximadamente que puedo y me gusta hacer radio, algo novedoso y motivador que me llevo a salir de mi zona de confort.

Siempre pensé que hacer radio era solo para locutores expertos y me topé con la gran sorpresa de que yo podía hacerlo.

Tengo una pequeña sección en un programa matutino cada miércoles a las 10:00 am llamado Cocinando con el Kiss, donde imparto una receta sencilla y diferente, así como también de curiosidades culinarios y recomendaciones para todos los aficionados a la cocina.

Un accidente que cambio mi vida

El 30 de diciembre del 2012 tuve un accidente de transito en mi auto que cambio mi vida para siempre. Un volcamiento en una curva hizo que mi cuerpo quedar en estado de cuadriplejia por seis meses.

Sin mucha esperanza de movimiento según los médicos, fui contra todo pronóstico y al cabo de seis meses logre poco a poco y con ayuda de mi familia pararme de la cama.

Fue un proceso muy lento donde tuve que hace mucha rehabilitación y donde actualmente también las realizo para poder tener una movilidad en mis piernas.

Esto me permitió ver que la vida desde otro punto de vista. Saber que puedo llevarla de manera menos acelerada.

Lo que espero de Hive

Entre a la plataforma gracias a mi compañera de vida @karolines quien esta en esta familia desde el 2018.

Me motivo a que muestre de manera diferente todo lo que me gusta y espero de corazón poder ayudar a muchos por este medio con mis recetas.

WHO AM I?

I am a 38 year old Venezuelan Chef, entrepreneur and with many dreams ahead of me. I like the kitchen not only to work but also to please those around me.


I see in the kitchen a world full of opportunities, not only to market but also to impart my knowledge.

Before becoming a Chef I studied industrial safety, exercising it in several companies, where my main function was to ensure the welfare and care of each worker in their work area.

I am the father of a beautiful 10 year old princess named Maria Gabriela, she has been under my complete care since she was 3 years old. She is currently in 5th grade and is also a member of the music school Angel Briceño; in the children's choir and with his instrument: Recorder.

WHAT I DO

As I already told you, I am a chef and together with my mother who is also a Chef, we work in the sale of. Sweets, cakes, pastries, fast food.

We are trainers of entrepreneurs.

For more than four years, we have been dedicated to train entrepreneurs through training workshops in bakery, pastry and national and international cuisine.

It is something that undoubtedly excites us, knowing that we can help with our knowledge to help young and not so young people to start their own food businesses. We have adapted to this new reality that the country is living and we train not only with in-person classes but also with online classes.

It has been very gratifying to have the positive recognition of all our students, who are grateful for every teaching received from us, thanks to the fact that we work with dedication and heart so that everyone is comfortable and satisfied.

WHAT I LIKE TO DO

I discovered about three years ago that I can and I like to do radio, something new and motivating that led me to get out of my comfort zone.

I always thought that doing radio was only for expert broadcasters and I was surprised to find out that I could do it.

I have a small section in a morning show every Wednesday at 10:00 am called Cocinando con el Kiss, where I teach a simple and different recipe, as well as culinary curiosities and recommendations for all cooking enthusiasts.

An accident that changed my life

On December 30, 2012 I had a traffic accident in my car that changed my life forever. A rollover on a curve caused my body to be in a state of quadriplegia for six months.

Without much hope of movement according to the doctors, I went against all odds and after six months I managed little by little and with the help of my family to get out of bed.

It was a very slow process where I had to do a lot of rehabilitation and where I am currently doing it to be able to have mobility in my legs.

This allowed me to see life from another point of view. To know that I can lead it in a less accelerated way.

What I expect from Hive

I entered the platform thanks to my life partner @karolines who is in this family since 2018.

She motivated me to show in a different way everything I love and I hope from the bottom of my heart to help many through this medium with my recipes.

Inspire and be inspired, that is my goal.
