I enjoy cooking and I can prepare very laborious food, but daily life requires simple meals. Time is a very important factor when cooking for the family. I think about the meal I want to prepare, and I gather the ingredients on the table before starting to cook.
Sometimes we start mixing things without having planned what we want to obtain as a result. Mixing ingredients is an art. The species are not for all kind of meats, we need to learn about species before using them. I going to prepare this chicken full of flavour, healthy and served over zucchini slices.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast cut in small pieces
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 chilis
- 2 small carrots
- 1 big zucchini
- soy sauce
- vinegar
- honey
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
- cut carrots lengthwise
- cut the other vegetables so that you can see them in the dish
- cut the zucchini in slices
- add salt and pepper to the chicken
- place it in a frying pan with some oil
- cook for about 5 minutes
- add the carrots and cook untill they are a soft
- don't add water
- add the rest of the ingredients
- in a small cup mix 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey

- cook moving all the time for 10 minutes and serve over the slices of zucchini. You can accompany with white rice, yucca or bread.
Preparation of zucchini
- cut the zucchini in slices, rub on them olive oil, salt and pepper
- cook in a hot pan 2 minutes on both sides
