It is always beautiful to please your loved ones, with details that reach the heart, this time I wanted to prepare a delicious special breakfast for my youngest cousin who was on her birthday, I prepared her, toast, egg and orange juice, but what What made this breakfast special was a delicious fried egg in the shape of a beautiful flower.
Siempre es hermoso agradar a tus seres queridos, con detalles que lleguen al corazón, en esta oportunidad quise preparar un delicioso desayuno especial para mi prima más pequeña que estaba de cumpleaños, le preparé, tostadas, huevo y jugo de naranja, pero lo que hizo especial este desayuno fue un delicioso huevo frito en forma de una hermosa flor.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 2 eggs.
• Salt to taste.
• Oil.
• Aluminum foil.
• A medium cutter in the shape of a flower (important that it is made of metal to resist heat).
• 2 huevos.
• Sal al gusto.
• Aceite.
•Papel aluminio.
• Un Cortador mediano en forma de flor ( importantes que sea de metal para que resista el calor).
First, we place the aluminum in pleasure and on top of it the metal cutter in the shape of a flower.
Primero, colocamos en placer aluminio y encima el cortador de metal en forma de flor.
Next, we are folding the upper edge with the aluminum foil to form a container.
Seguidamente, vamos doblando el borde superior con el papel aluminio para formar un contenedor.
Then we pour oil and with our hands we distribute it over the entire surface, this will help to fry the egg and we place the container on a tray.
Luego vertimos aceite y con nuestras manos distribuimos por toda la superficie, esto ayudará a freír el huevo y colocamos el contenedor en una bandeja.
We split an egg very carefully and add it to the flower container, trying to keep the yolk centered, otherwise we move it with a spatula to the center.
Partimos un huevo con mucho cuidado y agregamos en el contenedor de flor, tratando de que la yema quede centrada de no ser así la movemos con una espátula hacia el centro.
We place on the stove for a few minutes until the egg finishes frying.
Colocamos en la hornilla unos minutos hasta que el huevo termine de freirse.
Finally, with a knife we peel off the edges and remove the aluminum foil.
Finalmente, con un cuchillo despegamos los bordes y retiramos el papel aluminio.
