Yesterday a dear friend was visiting, she loves chocolate and coconut, to receive her I made her double chocolate cookies with coconut.
Ayer estuvo de visita una querida amiga, a ella le encanta el chocolate y el coco, para recibir la hice sus galletas de chocolate doble con coco.
These cookies have chocolate in the dough and pieces of chocolate, in addition, I added dehydrated coconut which gives it a special and super tasty touch.
Estas galletas, tienen chocolate en la masa y trozos de chocolate, además, le adicioné coco deshidratado el cual le aporta un toque especial y súper sabroso.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 1 cup of wheat flour.
• 1/3 cup of powdered chocolate.
• 1/3 of chocolate in pieces.
• 1/3 of dehydrated coconut.
• 2/3 of oil.
• 2/3 of sugar.
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
• 1 taza de harina de trigo.
• 1/3 de taza de chocolate en polvo.
• 1/3 de chocolate en trozos.
• 1/3 de coco deshidratado.
• 2/3 de aceite.
• 2/3 de azúcar.
• 1 cucharadita de canela.
• 1 cucharadita de vainilla.
First, we add the oil, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to a bowl.
Primero, agregamos en un bol el aceite, azúcar, canela y vainilla.
Then we incorporate and add the powdered chocolate, the chocolate in pieces and the dehydrated coconut.
Seguidamente incorporamos y adicionamos el chocolate en polvo, el chocolate en trozos y el coco deshidratado.
We add the wheat flour. We knead well to incorporate the ingredients and we take portions to form the small cookies.
Agregamos la harina de trigo . Amasamos bien para incorporar los ingredientes y tomamos porciones para formar las pequeñas galletas.
Finally, we take to the oven for 15 minutes at 200 C.
Finalmente, llevamos al horno por 15 minutos a 200 C.
The cookies are ready to enjoy !!! My friend and I enjoyed them… they were spectacular !!!
