Yesterday I shared a very nice snack with a dear friend, I prepared a dish with his favorite ingredients, tomato, cheese and basil ... some exquisite caprese tomatoes, this is a snack, very simple and super delicious.

Ayer compartí una merienda muy agradable con un querido amigo, preparé un platillo con sus ingredientes favoritos, tomate , queso y albahaca… unos exquisitos tomates caprese, este es un snack, muy sencillo y súper delicioso.

You will need the following ingredients:

Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:

• Tomatoes.
• Mozzarella cheese.
• basil.
• Olive oil.
• Salt.

• Tomates.
• Queso mozarela.
• albahaca.
• Aceite de oliva.
• Sal.

First, we cut both ends of the tomato and proceed to clean it, removing all its seeds.

Primero, cortamos ambos extremos del tomate y procedemos a limpiarlo, sacando todas sus semillas.

Next, we fill with the mozzarella cheese.

Seguidamente, rellenamos con el queso mozarela.

We take to the oven for 20 minutes at 180C.

Llevamos al horno por 20 minutos a 180C.

We make the pesto, adding the basil leaves in the blender with a little oil and a pinch of salt, process for about one minute.

Hacemos el pesto, agregando las hojas de albahaca en la licuadora con un poco de aceite y una pizca de sal, procesamos un minuto aproximadamente.

Finally, we remove the tomato from the oven, and add a little pesto and add the melted cheese.

Finalmente, retiramos el tomate de horno, y agregamos un poco del pesto e incorporamos con el queso ya fundido.
