EDUCATION is to foster and train members about the moral and intelligence of the mind. Teaching is defined as the teacher's effort to convey and provide knowledge to students. So Teaching is more likely to transfer knowledge. Teaching is only a transfer of knowledge, and the subject of learning seems to only require knowledge. Though the purpose of learning is basically, in addition to increasing knowledge, also skills and foster mental attitudes. Thus it is not enough if only the teaching process carried out that transfers knowledge.
That is why Teaching must be Educational at once. Education can be interpreted as an effort to deliver students towards maturity both physically and spiritually. Therefore Education is said to be an effort to develop students' personal, mental and moral attitudes. Compared to the notion of Teaching, the notion of Education is more basic. Education is not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the transfer of value. Education is interpreted as a whole, both cognitive, psychomotor and affective dimensions, to grow as a human person.
As a teacher, things that need to be considered are how to deliver learning material so that students easily accept what is conveyed by the teacher, because basically a good way of teaching is not just the activity of transferring information from the teacher to students, but how students can feel comfortable and look forward lessons to be delivered by the teacher.
Here are some Good Teaching Ways to students so they can absorb the lessons given effectively and efficiently:
- Don't stand like a statue (must be active)
- Make students respond to attention
- Perform Variations
- Give them attention
- Maximize Technology
- Interactive
- Prepare Animation material
- Occasionally doing lessons outside the classroom
Teachers should know how to teach good to their students. When in the classroom, a teacher takes control of the activities that will be carried out while studying with his students. If the student's response turns out to be fun learning with the teacher concerned, the teacher can use the teaching method that is good and not monotonous. Some teachers still teach using the old method, as if only the teacher could be active while the students only listened. Nowadays, children are required to be more active, so the way to teach teachers must also change for the better and maximum.
So, these are some of the teaching techniques that a teacher must master for his students?
- Study before entering class
- Look for problem solving
- Learn by yourself first.
- Learn and find interesting information on social media
