Hola mi nombre es Lorena, tengo 30 años y soy de Venezuela. Quiero compartirles un poco sobre mi en esta plataforma que conocí por un primo,que me comentó hace unos meses sobre Hive. Hoy por fin he decido entrar para compartirles un poco sobre lo que me gusta y también conocer un poco de esta plataforma.
Una de las cosas que me encanta y me apasiona es la Repostería en esta foto pueden observar uno de mis pasteles lo hice para mi ya que estaba celebrando mi cumpleaños. Aún no soy profesional en este oficio, poco a poco he ido aprendiendo y adquiriendo conocimiento en el tema de la repostería, descubrí mi talento cuando tenía 26 años, desde entonces no he parado de hacer pasteles para mi familia, amigos etc.. Al principio no fue fácil pero mi constancia y mi pasión me han llevado a mejorar cada día.
La repostería es un oficio dónde podemos crear arte a la ora de hacer postres reflejar cualquier escenario que deseamos.
En mi blog les estaré presentando algunos de mis trabajos en la repostería y recetas de distintas comidas ya que también me gusta cocinar.
La Repostería es un área sumamente amplia y maravillosa que debe de ser estudiada. Mi meta es ser Chef Repostero, y poder abrir y crear un espacio donde pueda vender mis pasteles y diferentes dulces.
Los alimentos dulces aportan felicidad a las personas, le dan a su paladar un momento de euforia, es por eso que me gusta preparar distintos dulces porque de simples ingredientes puedes crear sabores increíbles, reflejar tu creatividad y llevar alegría en cualquier ocasión.
Les cuento un poco más sobre mi, lo que gusta hacer en Momentos libres, escuchar música sobre todo música de los años 80 Románticas y rock. Me gusta bailar y hacer ejercicio porque mantenernos saludables es muy importante. Bueno soy una chica que le encanta aprender cosas nuevas.

Hello, my name is Lorena, I am 30 years old and I am from Venezuela. I want to share a little about myself on this platform that I met through a cousin, who told me a few months ago about Hive. Today I have finally decided to enter to share with you a little about what I like and also to know a little about this platform.
One of the things that I love and I am passionate about is baking, in this picture you can see one of my cakes I made it for me because I was celebrating my birthday. I am not yet a professional in this trade, little by little I have been learning and acquiring knowledge on the subject of pastry, I discovered my talent when I was 26 years old, since then I have not stopped making cakes for my family, friends etc.. At the beginning it was not easy but my perseverance and my passion have led me to improve every day.
Baking is a craft where we can create art when making desserts to reflect any scenario we want.
In my blog I will be presenting some of my work in baking and recipes for different foods since I also like to cook.
Pastry is an extremely broad and wonderful area that should be studied. My goal is to become a Pastry Chef, and to be able to open and create a space where I can sell my cakes and different sweets.
Sweet foods bring happiness to people, they give your palate a moment of euphoria, that's why I like to prepare different sweets because from simple ingredients you can create incredible flavors, reflect your creativity and bring joy to any occasion.
I tell you a little more about me, what I like to do in free moments, listen to music especially music from the 80's Romantic and rock. I like to dance and exercise because keeping healthy is very important. Well I am a girl who loves to learn new things.
