🔘 Hola de nuevo amigos hoy quiero enseñarles a cómo preparar una receta muy deliciosa, espero les guste mi post y puedan hacer mi receta.

-Ingredientes:

•Arroz
•Zanahoria rayada
•pollo en cuadros
•Jamón ahumado en cuadros
•Carne en cuadros
•Cebolla en juliana
•Pimentón en juliana
•Repollo
•Cebollín
•salsa de ajo
•salsa de soja
•Sal
•Pimienta negra
•mostaza

-Ingredients:

•Rice
•Grated carrot
• chicken in squares
• Smoked ham in squares
• Meat in squares
• Onion in julienne
• Paprika in julienne
•Cabbage
• Chives
•garlic sauce
•soy sauce
•Salt
•Black pepper
•mustard

-Preparación:

  • En una olla sofreír la zanahoria rayada y 2 vasos de arroz con un poco de aceite para luego echarle 4 vasos de agua con media cucharada de sal y ponerlo a llama baja hasta que se seque para luego taparlo y apagarlo

  • En una olla aplicarle un chorrito de aceite con un poco de cebollín,el pollo y la carne luego echarle sal,un toque de mostaza,salsa de ajo y de soja,luego moverlo y dejarlo tapado 5 minutos para luego agregar el jamón Ahumado,la cebolla,el pimentón y saltearlo 5 minutos para luego agregarle el repollo y el cebollín con 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja un toque de sal y una pizca de pimienta para dejarlo a llama baja por 5 minutos más.Por último agrega el arroz poco a poco para que puedas manipular sin problemas la olla al momento de mezclarlo todo y aplicarle 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja,retíralo del fuego y ya estará listo para emplatar.

-Preparation:

  • In a pot, fry the striped carrot and 2 glasses of rice with a little oil and then add 4 glasses of water with half a tablespoon of salt and put it on low heat until it dries and then cover it and turn it off
  • In a pot apply a drizzle of oil with a little chives, chicken and meat then add salt, a touch of mustard, garlic and soy sauce, then move it and leave it covered for 5 minutes and then add the Smoked ham, the onion, the paprika and sauté it for 5 minutes and then add the cabbage and chives with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a touch of salt and a pinch of pepper to leave it on low heat for 5 more minutes. Finally, add the rice little by little little so that you can handle the pot without problems when mixing everything and applying 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to it, remove it from the heat and it will be ready to serve.
